「Beautiful little house in Waverly, right down the street from Waverly's businesses and dining options. Convenient parking in the driveway and a fenced in yard. Stairs to the second floor are a little steep, so be sure to hold the railing!」

「The description is true to the house. It's a charming brick home in a quiet neighborhood. The beds have mattress toppers which were comfortable and soft. The kitchen had pans, cookie sheets, and utensils. Everything you would need to make a meal. It worked well for our family of 6. There was plenty of room to sprawl and be comfortable yet close together for family meals and games. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at this at the house. We loved being in a wooded area by the river. The screened-in patio overlooking the water was the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or evening conversation. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit, reminiscing under the stars—it created such a cozy and memorable atmosphere. This home is ideal for get-togethers, with just the right balance of comfort and nature. We would definitely return!」
