"Very nice Victorian styled B&B and very well kept, with a lot of history. Host was very welcoming and informative. Breakfast's were delicious with plenty of food. The breakfast was changed up each morning. Very close to RMNP on a scenic quiet property. I would recommend this property."

"Our stay was excellent all around. The luxury cottage was exactly as described and the yard beautiful. Everything in the house from the appliances, television, wi-fi and gas grill worked well. The house was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, barbecue utensils, garden chairs etc, as well as cooking essentials and cleaning supplies. Towels and bedding were of good quality, although a few extra towels would have come in handy for laundry day. We had no real contact with owner because, happily, everything was as expected and check-in and out arrangements worked out perfectly. The fact we had a bear amble across the yard, rabbits hopping about and a deer sighting out the window, were all just extras we hadn’t counted on. A really excellent week."
