Very helpful and kind staff! Helped me get around and got out of their way to help me find a SIM card! Not much around but the site is huge and there is a wonderful cafe on site! Would definitely recommend and go back anytime!

To be honest, I botched-up the reservation. But tehn one of the staff - I can't remember his name - went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find anothger hotel. This person was so kind and so helpful! I'll never forget his efforts to help me. I even offered to tip him - out of gratitude - but he wouldn't accept my money. truly a fine human being!
