"Very close to the airport but there’s a lot that needs improvement. Housekeeping never seem to receive a call, we had to call the reception every time we needed something and sometimes the staff never arrived. There was a leaky lamp in the bathroom that continuously dripped water. We brought it to the attention of the staff, however, nothing was done at all to address it. There were loud noises at night and we had to call reception to make them stop with the noises. Utter and complete disregard for guest comfort."
