The space
A comfortable three-bedroom, two-bathroom home base in Jacó, set up for stays of a month or longer, not just a weekend getaway. Fully furnished throughout, the apartment includes fast fibre Wi-Fi at around 150 Mbps, a dedicated workspace for remote work, central air conditioning with ceiling fans, and a TV with room-darkening shades in every bedroom for restful sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped for guests who want to cook: refrigerator, mini fridge, freezer, electric stove, single oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cooking basics (pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper), and a full set of dishes and silverware. There is also a dining table for meals at home. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with a trash compactor.

Three bedrooms, each with its own double bed, sleep up to six guests comfortably, with two full bathrooms including body soap provided and access to an outdoor shower. Closet and clothing storage is available in the bedrooms, and a safe is provided for valuables. Bed linens, towels and all essentials (soap and toilet paper included) are supplied for every stay. Tap water throughout the apartment is potable.

The apartment includes a private patio and balcony with outdoor furniture, overlooking pool and resort views. An ethernet connection is available alongside Wi-Fi for guests who need a stable wired connection.

Inside the gated Costa Linda community, guests have access to a shared outdoor pool (open 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM), a shared BBQ grill (charcoal), a children's outdoor playground with play structures, and well-maintained gardens. The property is on the third floor, reached by an elevator. Security features include exterior cameras at the building entrance, parking area and pool area, along with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher in the unit. One parking space in the gated lot is included free of charge, and the entrance is staffed 24 hours a day.

The location offers shared beach access to nearby Playa Jacó, along with a short walk to local restaurants and shops.

For stays of 28 nights or longer, utilities and Wi-Fi are included in the rate, and long-term stays are welcomed. We only ask that air conditioning is switched off when guests go out, as electricity is expensive locally and this helps keep rates sustainable for everyone. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
