This bright, airy 1,103 sq ft condo is designed with comfort and style in mind, offering plenty of space for friends or family to relax and unwind. With room for up to 8 guests, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, a cozy living area, and all the conveniences you need for a memorable stay by the beach.

Living & Kitchen Areas: The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a Smart TV with high-speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove featuring dual-zone burners, and a laundry area is conveniently located in the kitchen (washing & drying takes approx. 6 hours).

The HOA restricts access to on-site amenities to a maximum of 7 guests at a time. If your group exceeds this number, additional guests will need to wait their turn.

Getting Around: The property is approximately 80 km from Juan Santamaría International Airport. The most practical way to travel from the airport to Jacó—or any nearby destination—is by taxi, as it offers the most direct and stress-free option.
Once you’ve arrived in Jacó, getting around is straightforward. The town is compact and easy to explore on foot, but taxis are widely used for quick trips. You’ll come across both official and unofficial drivers, but for safety, it's best to use licensed taxis. These are easy to spot—they’re red and display a yellow triangle decal on the door.
The property is in a prime spot, so you’ll be able to walk to just about everything: grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, shops, banks, nightlife, and of course, the stunning beachfront. Everything you need is close by, making transportation optional rather than essential.
