Beautiful beach house located on the north end of Amelia Island. This home has a great open layout and has been decorated and furnished with comfort and style in mind. Located in the ideal location, this home is just steps to the beach, convenient to Main Beach, and less than a 5-minute drive into charming downtown Fernandina Beach and its variety of great restaurants and shops.

In this home, you'll have views of the ocean from the living room and newly-replaced balcony and you are less an 100 steps to beach access. The beaches on this end of the island are very quiet and not crowded - ideal for a couple or family looking for a relaxing getaway.

Inside, the living area has plenty of seating and boasts ocean views from the main part of the home. The living room opens up to the expansive balcony where you also enjoy great ocean views. Flat screen TV in the living room, DVD player, and free WiFi service provided.

The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless appliances, a gas burning stove-top and has been well-stocked. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs for the guest's convenience.

The main bathroom has a walk-in shower but no bathtub. There is half bath/laundry room accessible from the downstairs deck area and it has been outfitted with a new washer and dryer. There is also an outside shower that is convenient when returning from the beach.

Plenty of deck space both on the top level and lower level make this a great home for kicking back and taking in the ocean views!

Beautifully remodeled beach cottage in the perfect location! The beach is literally just a few steps from your front door! Enjoy the peaceful setting of the beaches on the North end of Amelia Island. This home is also within easy walking distance to Main Beach, which offers a playground, miniature golf, and seafood restaurants.

This home is just a short drive or bike ride to downtown Fernandina Beach and very convenient to the Atlantic Recreation Center pool, which traditionally offers public access and a kids splash park for a small fee. This is a wonderful location to enjoy the beach and lots of other great family activities, like Ft. Clinch just around the corner.

The home itself has been completed remodeled and designed with comfort and style in mind. It is truly the perfect cozy cottage and has that old-fashioned Amelia Island charm.

The kitchen has been beautifully updated with stainless steel appliances and bathroom has all new fixtures. Beds have high-end linens to give you a comfortable stay. The outdoor shower is convenient after a day at the beach.

Please note that only dogs are considered but they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs.

This wonderful beach cottage is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that Fernandina Beach has to offer!

We love this cottage! This was our third time staying here. The cottage has everything you need. And it’s super close to a great access point for the beach that was built with beach carts in mind…no stairs! It’s within walking distance to Main Beach which has a couple of really good restaurants. Or hangout on the deck and listen to the waves as you eat takeout. So many different ways to have a great time at Fernandina Beach.

The place was great. Super clean and well equipped. It was about 100 yards from the beach so it made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. It was a perfect size for our family of three and our two labs.

This was our first visit to Amelia island. Not only did we love the beaches, but the view from the house was great. The walk across the street to the beach was easy across a quiet road. The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. And the property manager was incredibly helpful and prompt. Will definitely stay again!

Ryan was very easy to work with. Checkin was easy and the instruction sheet had all of the needed Information. Property was well stocked and clean and well decorated. We had our dog and the house and location was great. You have to be okay going up/ down stairs.

Lovely little beach house very close to the ocean. The wrap around deck made it possible to sit almost anywhere and hear the ocean while enjoying the warm sun. And the sunrises where spectacular. A very short walk over the dunes and your feet are in the sand. We walked the beach several times a day.

Very cute beach house….quick walk to the ocean! My husband and I loved our stay on Amelia Island…probably not as much as our dogs though. Walking and running on the beach was a blast! House is clean and well equipped and a nice size for the two of us. View from the deck was great. Only suggestion I have is possibly have a few board games, cards….something we forgot but like to do on vacation. Also, the Amelia Island bike path is the bomb! Loved our 30+ mile ride! Thanks for the great stay!

Delightful, clean 2 BR cottage 1 back from the ocean that is great for a couple. All was great, the deck was fantastic. The second bathroom you have to access from outside down one level which is inconvenient. The master bedroom mattress has to be replaced. It is a bowl for 2 people to sleep in.

This home was perfect - the only problem was we were not there long enough to. This property is the most clean and well-equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The furniture is comfortable and the TV's were new with Xfinity service. We and our Golden Retreiver loved the huge deck that had gates on each end. Plenty of comfortable deck furniture and views of the ocean. Loved having 3 hoses for wash off Sandy feet and paws. The washer/dryer is new and great quality. Will definitely be back. And Ryan was a dream to work with.

This was one of the nicest vacation rentals we have ever stayed at! Everything about the description is 100% accurate. The location is perfect and beautiful views of the ocean are amazing. The house was spotless and exactly as described. The kitchen is nicely stocked making it easy to prepare meals. The house is wonderfully decorated without being so cluttered that there's no room for your own things. Amelia Island is a great destination - we enjoyed walking on the beach, swimming, relaxing on the deck, biking to Fort Clinch, walking through the quaint downtown (beautifully decorated for Christmas), a guided kayaking trip in Yule (saw turtles and 2 alligators), and walking through the Egan;s Creek Greenway (a nature preserve where we spotted an alligator and many interesting birds) You can be as relaxed or as busy as you prefer. I would definitely recommend this home, Destination Amelia, and Amelia Island to anyone!

We stayed for two weeks! The house has a great view of the ocean and is simple and comfortable. Super fast walk to a simply beautiful beach. The house has everything you could need, plus beach toys & chairs. The washer and dryer make packing light a WIN and going home with clean clothes even better! The kitchen needed a cake pan and we love to bake, so we bought one and left it there for future guests. Take your own Roku, the house doesn’t have one, but the cable channels were more than ample. Why be inside at all, though? The falling down fence, shared with the neighbor is a bit of an eye sore and the amazing deck with shade and sun could use a little work. Wear your flip flops to avoid splinters n nail heads, but again, who cares when you are at the beach all day?!. You can walk to dinner at Salt Life. Fort Clinch and adorable downtown Fernandina are just a stone’s throw away. Fernandina beach still has a few of these quaint beach houses left, go stay in this one before they are all replaced by jumbo sized 15 + person occupancy behemoths. Thanks for a great stay!
