    This lovely beach home has been completely updated and renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a glassed in air conditioned sun room overlooking a large backyard. Backyard featured paved patio, fireplace, dinning table, and comfortable seats. Perfect for outdoor dining or just relax in front of the fireplace. Fully fenced to provide you privacy and safety. Great with family with young children or pets.

    Bedroom2 : 2 Full Beds
    Easily accommodate group of 6. Sofa bed in living room could also be converted to a twin bed.

    Walk 1 min to access a huge park with tennis court, basketball court, playground, open field, skate park, dog park and picnic pavilion . Perfect for family, friends, kids and pets.
    12 min bike / 5 min drive to beach access . 10 min drive to TCP Sawgrass. Mickler beach and Jacksonville beach are both within 10 min drive. 30 mins drive to historical town St Augustin. Lots of fine shopping and dinning within 5 min drive.

    This is a perfect house for golf trips, family vacations, or a couples retreat!

Great Stay

This location is close to lots of great stores and easy access to the interstate. AMAZING outdoor space. We used it for a business trip and wish we could have use the space more.

Lovely home

We were in town for a wedding at TPC. This location was perfect. 5-7 mins from all of our festivities. Home was very nice. Clean and as described online. Host was quick and responsive. Would stay again.

Great stay

This is a great house in a great, safe neighborhood. Lots of families walking around and very close to a park. The outdoor fireplace and eating area is even better than pictured and described. The sun room is an excellent bonus area. If one thing could be improved it would be that the walls could use to have all nail holes filled and a fresh coat of paint.

Enjoyable month in Ponte Vedra!

We were impressed with the cleanliness of the property. We had an issue with the dishwasher, but a new one was installed very quickly to our satisfaction. The host was very helpful and responsive! We are looking forward to a possible return next year.

Great pet friendly location

The property was as described. The fenced yard was perfect for our two dogs. We spent 90% of our time in the sunroom. It was great that we could open windows on a nice day and also had heat and air conditioning for cold/hot days. Neighborhood was quiet and there was plenty of food and shopping choices in the area.

Perfect fit for our family

We were very pleased with all aspects of the property. Very clean with plenty of room for our family. The well-stocked kitchen was appreciated as we prepared food to take to a family reunion nearby. The park (almost next-door) with a fenced dog play area was very convenient .

Very nice except for mattresses and getting in

Clean, well furnished and kitchen well appointed. Master shower outstanding! Would have given this a much higher rating if the beds had been comfortable. Mattresses were thin. All adults had backaches in the morning after sleeping on them. Also, keypad confusing. Couldn't get in after numerous tries. Did not have my computer to be able to pull up contact info. Waited for VRBO customer service for over a half hour to find out how to contact someone for further instructions. After a while I walked back to door and tried keypad some more and finally got in. Don't know how long it would have taken to get assistance.
