Sea View is at the Beach!

Sea View is in the Terraces at Beachside, a small 15-unit complex offering direct beach access and close proximity to Main Beach on Amelia Island. Enjoy the quiet condo's private balcony that has a great view of the ocean.

Clean and comfortable, Sea View provides a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, HDTV and wireless internet access. The bedroom has a king size bed (new as of 2024!) and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. There are beach towels, a couple beach chairs, and a cooler provided with this unit.

For your peace of mind, the Terraces at Beachside building is locked 24/7. Access is only permitted with a code or a provided key.

If this unit is not exactly what you are looking for or if you are traveling with family or friends, take a look at our other two properties on this floor (103 and 105 Terraces at Beachside) - as we have a total of three units there. We also manage 201 Terraces at Beachside on the next level up as well.

There is a restaurant next door with a patio that is perfect for lunch while enjoying a day at the beach and for dinner cocktails and mealtime later. The Terraces at Beachside is located at Main Beach 200 yards from Fort Clinch State Park and 1/4 mile from the entrance to the Egan's Creek Greenway. The historic town of Fernandina Beach is a short one mile car or bike ride. Enjoy strolling the streets of Fernandina Beach and visiting the museums, shops and many fine restaurants.

What a weekend

My husband and I stayed here in June and had an awesome time. It was our first time to Amelia Island and the location was perfect to visit the beach and enjoy downtown. The unit had everything we needed and communication throughout the whole process was great.

Florida vacay

We stayed for a month at this rental. It was perfect for a couple. The location was ideal, near the beach, the boardwalk, and restaurants. It was generally a quiet unit and we appreciated the roofed parking.

Perfect Week!

My husband booked the first week of December to celebrate my 61st birthday. Beautiful (chilly) weather, delicious food, wonderful accommodations and friendly people everywhere we went. This is our 23rd year visiting the island since our Honeymoon and we keep coming back. Just a few more years before we plan on retiring in AI. Thank you to our amazing host! Nice seaside retreat

We enjoyed our stay at Sea View / Terraces condo. It was clean and comfortable. The views from bedroom and balcony are nice! The location of condo is convenient. Also, we received a welcome gift of chocolates. Thanks for that special touch! Amelia Island has much to offer. We enjoyed visiting Fort Clinch and did some fun excursions Back Water-Cat Adventures and horseback ride on Peters Point beach at sunset!

Think twice.

Next to Sand Bar grill, the smell from their up blast kitchen grill was relentless, smelled horrible all hours of the day! - even into the condo, furniture was as cheap as cheap gets! Security was good on compound and the unit however. Almost broke my arm sitting down on a cheap plastic chair on balcony, it broke into / fortunately my arm did not.

Great place in a fantastic location

Comfortable place. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Having bikes and beach chairs was a big plus. Very quick walk to beach, bars, restaurants, stores, etc. Nice bike ride from the condo thru Ft Clinch.

Everything you need

Very nice property. Many extras. You don’t expect. Too bad. The weather didn’t cooperate with us and was very windy and cold. But we still enjoyed our stay. Coffee maker was not working right when we were there. We called management, and they were back with a new one in no time at all.

Excellent location, clean and well stocked condo.

The condo was wonderful - 2 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to two excellent restaurants. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything you need. They supplied two nice bikes and beach chairs. It has a very beachy feel and you could see the ocean from the side balcony. We felt very safe there. The town of Fernandina Beach is so fun - great experience !
