Cute little stay

It was great area - a little smaller than it appeared in the photos but it suited us fine. The AC unit was located in the living room and it could get pretty cool in there, but that left the bedroom a bit toasty. All in all, it went well and we enjoyed our stay.

Jax Beach Apartment

This property was wonderful and our dogs loved it as well. It is close to the beach and many restaurants. It was the perfect size for us and we loved the fenced patio. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Little Getaway

This place is very clean and really nice. Not far from the beach - nice neighborhood. Wonderful little backyard area to relax. Would like to stay here again sometime.

A short trip from the beach

This studio apartment was exactly what we need for me, my wife, my son and our dog. We had such a great time and our dog really enjoyed chasing after the lizards in the beautiful backyard garden area!

The property location and cleanliness were exceptional.It was stocked with everything you need while away from home. The small back yard is beautiful and worked well with dogs. The only negative was the bathroom door that is a poorly designed barn door and does not allow much privacy, especially in such a small space. Otherwise super nice and would be a 5 rating.

Dog friendly Jax Beach Apt

Everything about the unit was advertised according to the listing. Nicely decorated and clean. TV in bedroom did not work and Checkin was confusing because email came from a different organization (Evolve) other than VRBO Not sure that was the fault of the host. She was responsive to the questions about checking in.

Charming apartment with nice touches.

We were in town for a few days to visit friends and family over Christmas. The host knew we were bringing our pup with us and left very nice touches including snacks, and bottles of water upon arrival and even a few lovely treats for our dog Bella. The backyard was absolutely perfect for potty breaks with a well placed bin for cleanup. The apartment was even decoratedfor Christmas and it was very uplifting :-). In full disclosure, I am a former manager at a five-diamond resort down the street where I worked 20 years ago. I found a little touches our host provided to be just as lovely as the ones I used to provide at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. The location couldn’t have been better for what we needed and there’s even a fantastic little dog park about a mile away over by Jacksonville Beach golf course. Perfect Weekend Getaway

Came to Jacksonville Beach to visit a friend, this was the perfect little place for us. Dog friendly, loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Gas fire-pit was suck a delight to sit around. Great location the owner had cute Christmas decorations displayed, really made the place feel cozy! Would definitely come back when we visit again!

Very Nice Little Beach House

Loved this place! My dog loved it even more!! It was perfect for my son and I and the dog. Very well stocked, and the bed was comfy. The back yard was a wonderful little tropical oasis. The outside shower was a plus after a long day at the beach. I had my coffee and morning news outside(tv outside) every morning. It was just perfect. The host was very quick to respond and we had everything we needed. We will stay again. Loved Jax Beach, very nice town!

Perfect location near Jax Beach

This place is incredible. It makes up for the size in amenities. Every single detail is thought out, including the yard. The location itself is phenomenal, if you like to walk, you can easily walk straight to the beach. My husband & I including our two pups enjoyed the stay. There is a camera on the property that faces a little bit of the yard but mostly the street/driveway where you park. We were contacted for not having our pups on a leash but it was for the wellbeing of our pups since the home does sit on a busier residential traffic street. Once you know someone is actively watching though, it takes a bit of the relaxation element away. Still rated five stars in my opinion.

Very small compared to pics. Outside yard is great. Very clean. But….you are being watched by cameras. They are outside yes…but they can see inside. They say other resident is not there, but they are. I think the other resident is the actual owner. Do not bring over 2 people.

Everything was amazing

It was a perfect place for us and our two pups to stay. Very dog friendly which we love. There was a beautiful fenced in backyard with beautiful flowers and decor. The property owner even left out stuff, like snacks and drinks, and the small things that you don’t think about like Q-tips and cotton balls. We’ve been to places that have nothing and this one was very accommodating. We really enjoyed everything from the lizards to the beach. We will definitely be back. *

Cozy space, great for a beach weekend!

My friend and I stayed for a beach weekend and had a wonderful time! The backyard is great to hang out at night and enjoy the breeze. Only a short drive to public beach access (maybe 5 min). Also a short drive to a bunch of cool restaurants and bars. We had a very relaxing stay, and yes the couch that turns into a bed was very comfortable. The owner had great recommendations/ tips for the area. Had a great time!

Jax Getaway

Property was very clean and owner took great care to have make the property had everything you needed in this cozy space. The fenced yard was great for us and our dog. We made use out of the grill and fire pit outside. We did not have to make any calls to the owner as the property had everything that we required for a comfortable stay.
