- Couldn't get the bathtub water to flow to the shower head because the lever was broken. I had arrived at approx 12:15 AM and didn't figure this out until the morning and I told the front desk about it on the way out. - Wood floor was badly deteriorated and coming up in places, - Noise from other guests through walls and from outside until apprx 2:30 AM, - It felt unsafe - it would have been better to have given us a room towards the front of the hotel so that the people in the praking lot late at night wouldn't have concerned me as much. - Breakfast Person was extremely nice and helpful.

It was okay. Prices were great. I was apprehensive based on other reviews and I’m mad I was disappointed by the customer service I requested towels, a new bedsheet and pillow cases due to stains. I left and never got the towels or pillow cases during my entire stay. They gave me a ripped up bedsheet. I requested it several times and each time was told they’d be coming soon and it never came. The front desk is useless and they lie. The properly was clean though.

Got to the hotel after a 15 hour drive. Was given a room. Got to the room no blankets sheets or pillow cases. Obviously not a clean room. Called front desk and was told to sit tight. Waited 15 minutes called back and was told that they are canceling my reservation as there were no more rooms. At 10:30 at night travelling with an 8 year old and told I can’t stay there. Than was told I’d be refunded. I asked at the front desk for any paper work confirming this and was told it would Take about half hour. Scrambled to find another room. While listening to the staff member at the door yell at not one but two separate people threatening to cancel their reservations. Still do not have my refund almost a week later. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There’s a hotel right next door. Go there!

The sheets pilliws and comforter all had stains..The towels were clean..Thank god for that..You getfor what you pay for..Never again.. Cluents were fixing cars..Breakfast was included but every table was filthy with sticky syrup..What a whole..Complete dump.

The room was very dusty and caused significant sneezing, itchy eyes (we have dust allergies); even the bedding was dusty. The floors were dirty and there were bugs in the bathroom as well as mold on the wall. There were not enough towels and the water did not get hot; housekeeping was not open at the time of our arrival. The staff apologized and were very helpful the next day, but we were tired, frustrated, and ready to go.

Do not book this. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Stayed less than two hours before leaving and getting another place to stay. Airport shuttle does not work; waited on hold for over 45 mins just for the front desk to tell me the shuttle was out of service. Room was disgusting. Not safe. Would not recommend.

This was probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. They were short staffed, so we were unable to check-in until over two hours after our 3:00 check-in time. Initially, the front desk customer service representative was unpleasant and didn’t seem at all remorseful for the great inconvenience this caused. She stated that our room would be ready in 45 minutes and that’s when we could check in. We went to get food from a popular seafood restaurant that requires you to warm your own food up at home. When we arrived back to the hotel, our room still wasn’t ready. So, we couldn’t warm up our food and eat. She was unwilling to offer us any form of compensation and said that she did not have a number to the corporate office, but we could look it up. I called customer service and was hung up on by the first representative after being put on hold (he was actually a nice man and seemed empathetic). The second representative was ABSOLUTELY rude and started raising his voice on the call. He said his name was Tony, and he gave me the wrong number to the corporate office. Upon checking in, the host did seem remorseful and was a lot nicer. Apparently, a male customer came in and hit her. The police showed up and I overheard her telling them what happened. Her demeanor had changed dramatically after that encounter. We headed to the room and right before we reached the door was dog feces. It was unreal. Our room was very clean, but the television in the living room only had sound

I cannot in good faith recommend this location. While our refund was approved by the site, and has now processed, we are still left in the air regarding the reason of concern. We found a dead bed bug in our bed. The gm said they would have someone come and conduct some sort of test. I still don’t know the results of it. We incurred so many additional costs while doing what we needed to do to sanitize our stuff. Again, I would not recommend. Additionally, the rooms were at best dirty with marks and scuffs all over. The door wouldn’t completely shut and you could see right to the outside. Just nope. And who has no door on a shower?

Reasonable for the price. Great receptionist upon arrival although she mentioned she was new and just had a rush of arrivals, was a little overwhelmed but still in control. Things I’d like to mention: insufficient water pressure in the shower in the morning (no issue at night), floors were apparently dusty, noticed I dragged a lit of dirt in to the tub for my morning shower, as I had also taken one right before bed. And although recently renovated, a rust spot in the tub and the room number banners on the door we’re coming off. When I wanted some breakfast at 6:30 there was a sign with an apology that there was no breakfast that day. But when I left at 10, breakfast was available. Choices and quality were minimal though.
