Tucked among swaying palms and just steps from the sand, Gilded Palms is a rare gem that blends coastal luxury with thoughtful design. With a private heated pool, multiple balconies, and stylish modern interiors, this three-story retreat was designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories.

Step inside to find soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and an open-concept living space that bring everyone together. A custom chef's kitchen with a large island, Nespresso bar, and beautiful wooden countertops makes cooking (or takeout feasts) a breeze. Slide open the glass doors to the pool deck, where loungers and al fresco dining invite you to unwind under the Florida sun.

Spread across three floors, each of the four bedrooms is outfitted with a plush king bed, crisp linens, and ample closet space - making the home ideal for families, couples, or groups traveling together. The expansive primary suite features panoramic windows, a private balcony, and a spa-like bathroom with marble finishes, a rain shower, and a soaking tub.

Entertainment abounds with a cozy fireplace, Smart TVs, and a fun game loft complete with foosball. Work-from-vacation is easy with a dedicated office nook and high-speed WiFi, while conveniences like the in-home elevator, laundry room, and walk-in closets make longer stays seamless.

Outside, the private pool is hidden among palms, creating a serene backyard oasis that feels worlds away - yet you're only minutes from the beach, local dining, and the best of Jacksonville Beach.

PET FRIENDLY: We warmly welcome four-legged CANINE friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!)
There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agree to the following guidelines:
Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs
NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property.
Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone.

Our beach communities are incredibly welcoming to animals. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Fabulous new beach house!

We had an amazing trip! This house was absolutely beautiful! The amenities were top notch! It was private but still close to everything and a 1 block walk to the beach! It was wonderful for our family, including 3 small children and our dog! The host/property managers were great to work with! We already booked our stay again for next year!
