Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Great location for what we were in town for. Owner was VERY prompt to answer any questions and extremely nice and helpful when I asked about where to eat and watch some football! We will definitely stay here again when we are in Jacksonville!

Family Visit

This was a great location to the Mayo Clinic and all the other attractions in the Jax Beach area. Very clean and GREAT space for our family of 5. Highly recommend to any family looking for a great alternative to buying two hotel rooms!!

Location is Everything

This rental is affordable with easy access to beaches and Hodges Blvd. The neighborhood is well established with long-standing residents. I needed to find some flour and felt fully comfortable walking the area to find a friendly face (thank you D and R! you saved our dinner). Plan to eat most meals out as the kitchen is just ok.

The property was just like the pictures. Neighborhood was quiet. Only stayed one night, but the home provided us with everything we needed for our stay. The master bedroom could use some blackout curtains. It gets pretty bright in there, but I like a really dark room to sleep so that might just be me. Otherwise our stay was good.

Birthday party rental

This house is dilapidated and disgusting. The pictures give the appearance of a newly remodeled home but the reality is that it was gross, moldy, and falling apart. The bedroom closets have no doors. The bathrooms have toilet paper sitting on the back of the toilet. Basic amenities were minimal. I was extremely embarrassed to have people come into this space. When asked if it was my home I just said “God, no!” Photos attached. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
