「Property is clean and staff is nice. Rooms needed iron boards and an iron.」

「After checking in, I made it to my room to see the countertops were NOT clean, the fridge wasn’t working and a missing remote. Tried to call down to the desk, and the phone didn’t work either. Went back downstairs to let the woman at the desk know (her demeanor and attitude were very unpleasant), and it was in the middle of a shift change for the front desk. The man then escorted me to the new room to review it with me. Things seemed to be working fine, but again it wasn’t cleaned. I asked for...

「Ac fan is making noise,i reported it to the staff, there were no decaf,coffee,only gourmet coffee. Did have,o.j. this time. Hopefully,we are not going down hill,because i see changes now,where the service, is going down hill. 」

「I did not feel safe n the area」

「Area did feel safe. Was disappointed with the cleanness of the room.. saw hair in the bed... floor didn't seem to have been vacuumed. I expected a lil more for a Hilton standard property. But for the price I paid for the night.. it was overall okay!」
