Booking information
Balance is due 45 days in advance or may be cause to forfeit deposit. Also, rental agreement must be signed before check in.

Here is a list of the check in/out procedures posted at each property and may vary depending on property:

1.Check-in Time is after 3:00 pm
2.Check-out by 11:00 am
3.No Fireworks, Firearms or Weapons allowed on property.
4.No smoking inside house/condo.
5.No dirt bikes.

7.Turn gas off on gas grill when finished cooking.
8.No long distance calls using house phone (please use calling card service).
9.Check out procedure: Remove all food items, Place all garbage in bags & cans, Wash & replace all dishes/cookware, Leave key an counter and lock door.
