The only downsides for me were that the rooftop outside area was closed (one of the main reasons I booked) and the shop on the ground floor was closed so I didn't know I could use the -1 elevator to get to the lower street, so I was exiting in the upper street which is pretty dark, dirty, and rundown "

The owner and staffs are absolutely honest and friendly. They provided daily tour for us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea.
