「Great boutique hotel ,staff are young but brilliant, excellent customer service,food top quality both breakfast and dinner.
My only complaint is parking, very frustrating,
when full you are left to sort your own parking, not good. New Forest parking discs should be made available. 」
「What a find! Such lovely hosts, offered to drive us to wedding venue when our taxi was late and offered to drive over a pair of missing glasses. Room immaculate and well stocked with all that we needed for our stay. Breakfast options great. Nothing too much trouble. Thank you so much.😊 」
「So glad to have discovered this place- off the main roads. The whole experience was great- staff were lovely, dogs were made welcome too! Like stepping into an Agatha Christie movie, beautiful furnishings of an era in history. The grounds were well maintained and we loved the Monet Garden - with deer resting near the pond, all very magical.

「Why take your family away and stay in a faceless corporate hotel, cramped into one room, sitting on the beds, when you could be enjoying a lovely quiet rural cottage style family suite! Friendly, welcoming host, tasty continental breakfast - this is a very comfortable, spacious accommodation with all the amenities. The suite was perfect for us, centrally located, just a few minutes walk (no pavement) to the village, with some great eateries. 」
「We had a lovely stay! The room was fantastic and we wished we could stay for longer! The hosts were so nice that they even gave us a ride to the wedding we were attending in town. We will definitely be back soon and book our stay again. 」
