The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The location is great – it’s safe, clean, and easily accessible. You can go out at night without any worries. It’s centrally located. I can only recommend it again and again.

Wonderful breakfast and pretty views from our room

The Park Inn was a great place to stay and in a very walkable area and great food all around you. We loved the breakfast with views of the sea. Everyone who worked there treated us great. The rooms were clean and the shower was nice. Would highly recommend staying here.

The location of the property is superb offering nice view of the sea and you can just literally step out and walk along side the marina which is full of restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice. The staff is exceptional. Small requests were also met with great promptness. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was greatly located and the staff very kind. The parking at hotel was very convenient. The room was nice and spacious, big enough to have two baby cots for our twins. Only down thing, our bedroom smelt strange, almost like cat litter. We couldn't explain it. But overall we recommend it.

The staff were very courteous and nice. Unfortunate thing, the refrigerator in the room did not cool properly but they did offer and provided ice and offered to refrigerate anything i needed in their kitchen's refrigerator.

Modern small colored hotel next to the sea. Small rooms beautifully designed except the carpet on floor which make the room air heavy. The single bed small, mattress , bed sheet and pillow comfortable but the duvet was not good covers cheap and non cotton. The cooling system not working, cigarette smokes all around you may wake up at night because the room air became full of cigarets smoke. This hotel suits solo or adventurer couples not families.

Good location. Easy access to many locations worth seeing. I am not sure how comfortable it would be for longer stays. The room was tastefully laid out but the space is tight in the room we stayed. In the bathroom you need take small step into the shower stall to be able to open the bathroom door. We stayed one night as we were visiting the town to attend a concert. We have not used any of the other amenities so we can’t comment on them but I believe there is a restaurant/bar in the roof. It was quiet. We appreciated that there were usb ports next to the bed. The bed was comfortable. The room temperature is easy to adjust.

Average stay due to no A/C activation

I wish I could give this stay a full 5 stars. I'm not one to give negative reviews but feel like I need to in this case. We stayed in this hotel 3 nights, and could barely sleep the last 2 because of no air conditioning. The weather was 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the city at the time. We called to get this resolved and was told that management had the A/C on "winter mode" which doesn't get transitioned to "summer mode" until April 1st. We had the lack of a working A/C on 3/30 and 3/31 evenings. We addressed this by opening windows, which again, was not ideal because we're located in a busy part of the city, and to make matters worse, 3/31 was an election night so there was a lot of fanfare and chants happening outside. Bottom line, if you're paying good money for a global brand you at a minimum would expect decent HVAC support. Staff didn't suggest any alternatives (i.e. providing a fan). Otherwise the stay was great - you cannot beat the location, room was excellent (we stayed at a suite) and the breakfast food was delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just make sure when the whether is warm, you're there on April or later.
