The room looked exactly as shown. The room was very clean and cleaned daily during our stay. The staff were tremendous/exceptional. There was a lovely bakery across the street and a bit of local shopping. My only suggestions - lots of free water in the room, food allowed in the room and a variation of breakfast items.

Ailecek üç gün Konakladık çok temiz bir otel koridorlar temizlik kokuyor resmen çalışanlar güleryüzlü izmirde temiz ailecek rahatlıkla kalınabilecek bir otel halletmemiz gereken işler Bornova da olmasına rağmen bu otel temiz ve güvenli olduğu için bu otelde kaldık arabamız olduğu için mesafe sorun olmadı eksi yanına gelecek olursam odalarda klima soğuk vermiyordu bedenini sorduğumda yaz sistemine geçmediklerini klimaların merkezi olduğunu söylediler fakat bence İzmir gayet sıcaktı klimaya ihtiyaç duyduk camı açıp uyumak durumunda kaldık otelde cadde üzerinde olduğu için araba sesleri trafik sesleri aşırı geliyordu camı açınca da böyle bir negatif eleştirim olucak onun dışında güvenli temiz bir otel bir daha izmire gelirsem yine bu otelde kalırım

Genel olarak temiz düzgün odalar ilgili personel

Otel genel olarak temizlik ve personel ilgisi olarak çok iyiydi. Benim otele girişim sırasında 1 asansörün bakımını yapmışlar. O bakım yapılana denk geldim. Asansör kat arasında durdu ama ben asansör içerisindeki tuşlarından telefonla arama şimgesi olan tuşa basarak üst kata çıkıp asansörden çıkabildim. 2-3dk sürdü. Yaşadığım en can sıkıcı şey buydu.

Bugüne kadar gittiğim en mükemmel otellerden biridir.Temizlik noktasında 10 üzerinden 10 diyebilirim.odaya ilk girdiğiniz günden sonra hiç bir şekilde odanıza temizliği dahi olsa girilmiyor.Temizlik ihtiyacınız oldugunda hemen oda değişikliği ile 24 saat arınmış temiz odaya yerlestiriliyorsunuz.Temizlik anlayislari bence bir ilk...mükemmel👏 Bir de yeni bina oluşu özellikle deprem korkumu burada unuttum.kendimi çok güvende hissettim

Horrible experience

Will not go this place again. First night we arrived very late and receptionist was so slow keep asking HES Code which could be done later in the morning as well. He asked for documents and could do it by himself as well he had all necessary information about us. But instead was keeping us there for long time. My family was tired and there was my grandma as well who was old needed to rest. The receptionist didn’t use a mask. But asking for taking temperature control without mask. This place is crazy. So small rooms and everything is not settle yet it’s a new building downstairs is still under construction. I do not recommend. Don’t go here.
