"Have stayed here several times and always great. The hotel is well located, rooms are clean and well sized, and the sento is lovely. The staff are always very helpful and accommodating."

"A nice city center location. Parking the rental car was a bit stressful, but it was safely tucked away in a garage. The breakfast was quite delicious. The beds were extremely firm, but overall everything was nice and tidy."
