「We absolutely loved our stay here, it is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The airline had lost our bags en route and we showed up tired and frustrated from that experience but the hotel staff were so welcoming and kind that we soon snapped out of it. Marilyn in particular was especially helpful in helping us navigate the airline’s lost baggage system and even took it over for us, calling each day and speaking with them (our Italian is terrible). 「Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, il est très bien placé pour explorer la région des pouilles. D’une propreté impeccable et très bien équipé, les chambres sont très agréables, la vue avec la piscine, c’est juste magnifique ! Le petit déjeuner excellent avec de bons produits de la région et pour finir, le gérant et ses employés sont très sympathiques, agréables et donnent de très bons conseils. 「Beautiful, clean and spacious property perfect for a large family gathering. Kids loved the trulli and pool. Plenty of room to congregate in common area and at large tables (one inside, 2 outside) for meals. Close (15 -20 min drive) to Ostuni, Ceglie Messapica and beaches. Nice location but must have a car for transportation. Minor negatives: some of the mattresses were a bit hard and showers must be short as hot water can run out.」
