「I had an incredible stay at this lovely beautifully restored Villa. Great location with an easy walk to the seaside promenade, restaurants, shopping and the train station. From the train station you can catch the bus to Portofino. The hosts are gracious, warm and friendly. Enjoy a lovely breakfast on the Villa’s patio overlooking the sea and harbor. 」

「The property is in a fantastic location with stunning panoramic views across Italian riviera and surrounded by wonderful gardens. The rooms are clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped . The reception staff are attentive and always there to assist. Service in the dining room is somewhat haphazard and unco-ordinated however and not up to the usual Relais & Chateaux and Michelin standard in my opinion. Breakfast in particular seems to be a particular difficulty. The breakfast buffet looks great...

「Celsi es una mujer encantadora, nos hizo sentir como en casa. El desayuno fue mejor que perfecto, croissant, magdalenas, tostadas, nutella, mermelada, zumo de frutas, y capuccino. Nos lo preparó y nos lo sirvió en la terraza, un 10. La cama comodísima, habitación enorme, servicio ultralimpio... Todo de 10/10. Compramos una pizza y nos la calentó en el horno. Trato formidable.」

「コロナ前から滞在したかった旧市街のB＆Bです。４年ぶりに実現しました。シャイな若いスタッフでしたが出迎え、見送り等完璧でプロ意識の高い人だと感心させられました。４泊したのですが、ただ残念だったのが朝食が同じメニューだったことです。近くに地元の人達が集まるバルがあり気さくに打ち解ける雰囲気が楽しかったです。」

「スタッフの方がとても優しく、フレンドリーだった。ホテルも綺麗で、清潔感があり、朝食付きだったのも有り難かった。しかしホテルは、とあるビルの一室にあったため、見つけるのが少しだけ大変だった。」

「分譲集合住宅の一区画を改装し、B&Bにしたようです。古い建物ですが、区 入れば素晴らしく綺麗です。建物の入り口、区画の入り口、部屋の入り口と３段階の施錠があるので、スタッフ常駐ではないですが、セキュリティは良いのではないかと思います。 １１：３０頃に到着予定の旨、事前連絡をしていましたが、電車が遅れて、レセプション担当のスタッフが居る１２：３０までに到着できなってしまいました。電話でその旨伝えたところ、ルームキーパーが荷物を預かってくれるよう手配してくれました。こちらがちゃんと対応すれば、融通を利かしてくれるようです。 朝食に関しては、パンとコーヒーのみ。私はこれで済ませましたが、プラス€５で他にも付くようです。 ホテルと違い、いろいろルールや制約があります。旅慣れた方にはお勧めですが、至れり尽くせりをご希望の方や英語が苦手な方には向いていないと思います。」

「Centrally located high above the towns of Manarola and Cornelia, you’ll have a hard time deciding which way to go. But, with enough time (3-5 days), you can do it all.」

「The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year. 」

「What can I say? We like the property so much. We decided to add another night. Couldn’t think of the better location. Close to the beach right around walking shopping eating area. When we booked the hotel, the guide said that sheets are not available, which was kind of weird. However, I am so glad that we decided to go on ,and take a chance anyway. The bedding in the apartment , and everything else is stocked properly. There was an easy parking for €15 a night and what really made us very happy...

「We have loved the apartment - but we have booked it because of the swimming pool. It was closed during our whole stay. They opened the whirlpool from the SPA - the whirpool was therefore very, very crowded and by far no place for a relaxing stay anymore. Furthermore, the coffee machine was not working correctly at breakfast time (one was out of order and the other one wasn't working correctly). The beds were confy. 」
