A área externa está um pouco diferente das fotos, possui uma hidromassagem e mesas do restaurante que tem comida excepcional, parabéns ao chef!! Todo staff da pousada é mto atencioso e prestativo. Fomos recebidos com mimos e nossa estadia foi ótima!

Pousada boa
Pousada beira praia, simples mas bem confortável na parte social. Pude ficar com minha cachorrinha em todos os espaços por ser petfriendly. Valeu a pena o custo benefício. Único detalhe: não tem elevador e o quarto não estava bem limpo, chão havia areia. E está tendo uma reforma, a noite eles faziam um barulho por causa da reforma, achei um pouco desconfortável. Mas valeu a pena

Tinha tudo para ser bom, mas...
Em geral a pousada é bonita e está em um lugar tranquilo, porém é muito mal administrada. Na parte da manhã não existe um funcionário responsável pela recepção e a moça que cuida do café da manhã tenta fazer essa função, mas ela não tem qualquer treinamento e chega a ser grosseira. Na verdade ela não dá conta nem do café da manhã. No dia de folga dela tivemos uma manhã bem mais agradável com a substituta. A pousada é tão cheia de regras que nem mesmo os funcionários conhecem. No check-in fomos informados de que o restaurante não funcionava na segunda-feira (dia de nossa chegada) e que não era permitido consumir alimentos e bebidas de fora da pousada nas áreas comuns. Indaguei se tal regra aplicava-se inclusive na segunda-feira (o que seria um absurdo, pois o restaurante estava fechado) e me responderam não. Então pedimos comida por aplicativo e consumimos na mesa do restaurante na hora do almoço. Quando fomos jantar, um outro funcionário da pousada chegou, de maneira ríspida, nos repreendendo, dizendo que estávamos quebrando uma regra que, inclusive, estava escrita em uma carta que entregam na chegada. Por fim disse que poderíamos acabar de comer e que nos sentíssemos a vontade, mas é realmente impossível nos sentir a vontade nesta pousada. O tempo todo me senti vigiada e fazendo algo errado. Além disso, a acústica do quarto é péssima (só consegui dormir após os hóspedes do quarto ao lado irem embora). E para piorar tudo, as a pousada está em obra e o barulho começa às 7h.

Como ficamos apenas de domingo para segunda, éramos os únicos hóspedes da pousada, e isso não foi muito favorável para nós, pois no domingo a noite quisemos jantar na pousada (por ter um restaurante bem atrativo no local) e fomos surpreendidos com um "cozinheiro" que não sabia fazer todos os pratos do cardápio. Disse ele que o chefe de cozinha tinha saído e não voltava mais aquele dia. Alem disso tivemos dificuldade com a bebida, pois o mesmo não tinha a chave das geladeiras (oi?). Na segunda-feira havia uma equipe de limpeza de piscina fazendo manutenção também, o que impossibilitou de usarmos. Acredito que faltou um pouco de consideração conosco, e se só tínhamos nós na pousada deveríamos ter um atendimento ainda melhor, e não ser deixados de lado. Se há a possibilidade de locar a pousada de domingo pra segunda, a pousada tem que ter todo o suporte que tem nos demais dias. Tirando essas coisas, nós gostamos da pousada, está bem localizada, perto da praia e comércios. Penha é um lugar ótimo!
