Boa acomodação

O hotel fica próximo a tudo, existem diversos comércios ao redor. Da pra ir à praia a pé. Único ponto é que o estacionamento é pago à parte e isso deixou a desejar.

Fomos bem recebidos desde da recepção, o atendimento é ótimo,o quarto é muito bom, pedi algo especial para fazer uma surpresa pra minha namorada pois era a nossa primeira vez na cidade e chegando no hotel tivemos a surpresa da decoração linda, ela adorou, muito grato a vocês, a cama muito confortável, a limpeza impecável, o jeito que arrumam a cama um design muito bonito, o café da manhã é maravilhoso com muitas opções pra comer, localização do hotel é boa demais, agradeço por nos ter recebido tão bem, parabéns a todos os funcionários!!👏👏

O ponto alto do hotel é a localização, excepcional. O ruim foi que me colocaram em um quarto com janela voltada pra rua onde em frente tem uma balada que vai pela madrugada, não consegui dormir até o final desta balada que termina mais ou menos 2h da madruga.

Bom custo benefício

O hotel tem uma localização excelente, estacionamento pago, cama ok, banheiro bom, café da manhã bom, fiquei 4 dias, sempre tinha opções diferentes. Karina, Luiz e Caio fizeram a diferença no atendimento. A limpeza pode melhorar, assim como as toalhas (muito ruins e velhas). A acústica é péssima, escutamos tudo no corredor. As colchas de fleeces bem fedidas, com certezas não foram lavadas, mas no geral o hotel é bom.

Hotel precisa melhorar

A vantagem do hotel é ser barato e bem localizado, mas a equipe deixa a desejar, durante o checkin ficaram confusos com detalhes da reserva, mesmo com a explicação por parte dos hóspedes, houve uma demora grande na resolução da situação. Um observação deve ser feita: A equipe do café da manhã é educada e bem preparada. O banheiro é minúsculo, a pia não é bem projetada e o chuveiro é fraco. Apenas indico se você faz muita questão de economizar!
