A cama é confortável e o quarto limpo. A cortina não é 100% Blackout. O elevador é um problema, nos horários de mais movimento não supre a demanda pois é muito pequeno. Após esperar meia hora pelo elevador, descemos para o café da manhã pela escada desde 13° andar.

Hospedagem cheia de contratempos.

Não utilizei estacionamento. Ar condicionado muito antigo. Não funcionou direito. Quarto sujo, funcionária Thaís do check-in extremamente grosseira e agressiva. Quarto sujo. Toalhas péssimas etc etc. A funcionária disse que é absurdo quem está doente viajar. Pois fiquei resfriada um dia antes da viagem. Esperei 40 minutos para fazer o check-in. Tinha apenas uma funcionária fazendo o check-in e um grupo enorme de pessoas esperando. Me agrediu qdo questionei sobre essa questão de apenas uma funcionária para atender tantas pessoas. Foi traumática a chegada. Estava com uma criança, meu neto para comemorar o dia da criança e tirou a graça logo de chegada.
Toneira escorrendo. Não dava para fechar. Pia suja.
