"Maintenance lacking, stovetop inop. Problem with toilet clogs. Kitchen sink is leaking unless turned very hard. Trouble checking in at first, but clerk finally found envelope with my name on it with key. Need to find better way to ensure easier check in. Although it seems I am being kind of hard on them, all in all stay was ok. "

"This is a reasonable accommodation for those who need to sleep during the night and go out exploring the waterfalls, etc. during the day. Very good option for the price, although those expecting a 5-star room for a 2-star price would be disappointed. The apartment feels small. The air conditioning in the main bedroom wasn't working, but I see that the owner already has a new split-system A/C ready for installation, which will make the main bedroom more comfortable and will be much quieter. "Nice property with vintage feel next to the falls. Easy access to the falls before the park opens to avoid the crowd including watching sunset. Many brids on the property. Good restuarant with loads of choices for breakfast and beautiful bar."

"Wonderful amenities. Next door (literally) to the two main attractions in Fox, namely Bird park and the Brazilian side of the waterfalls park. Five minutes from airport. Downtown fox is far though around 10 miles but one can’t have it all. Gym (used) pool and hot water spa (not used) seemed nice. Also had sauna and spa. Lobby is luxurious and pianist in the bar plays like a dream. "
