3 günlük rezervasyonda bir geceyi yakarak erken çıktık. Havlular dışında oda tertemizdi (sanırım tek olumlu tarafı da buydu) 2 gün boyunca susuz kaldık depoları sanırım çok küçük belediyenin su kesintisi bizi mahvetti. Wc ve banyo çok ciddi sorun oluşturdu. En azından şişeyle su verin dedik bir odaya kondu diğerine konmadı. Geceleri uyumak imkansız sokak gürültülü karşı bina sakinleri sabaha kadar kahkaha ve yüksek sesli konuşmalarla uyumayı imkansız hale getirdiler. Bir daha gitmem, tavsiye de etmem

Coupure électrique et aucun geste commercial

Séjour a oublier au plus vite. Après être arrives a 20 h la personne a l accueil nous explique qu il a une coupure d électricité pour une heure, finalement pas d électricité de la nuit ( pas de clim en Turquie la nuit,une horreur),pas de lumière,pas d eau chaude,de TV,et pour couronner le tout des travaux toute la nuit pour rétablir ce soucis donc impossible d ouvrir la fenêtre a cause des marteau piqueur toute la nuit Une nuit juste horrible et aucun remboursement,même partiel ,seule raison évoquée note séjour n était pas remboursable. Une mois de discussions et des heures perdues sur le chat de hôtel com pour avoir enfin une réponse et celle ci est négative Tout simplement une honte de la part de l hôtel qui n assume pas et du site de réservation qui ne fait rien non plus ( a part avoir 5 conseillers qui sont de tout coeur avec moi , et une proposition de remise de 15 euros sur un prochain voyage ,une blague niveau service clientèle)

Teras kattaki odayı istedim. Oda en üst kat olduğu için çok soğuktu. Klima ile sadece ısınıyor ve çok yetersiz. Oda ısısı 17 dereceydi tüm gün klima çalıştığı halde. Terassız bi odaya almayı teklif ettiler ama ücret iadesini reddettiler. Açıklama olarak tüm otellerin çatı katları soğuk olur dediler.

Das Hotel ist erstmal unhygienisch. Im check in hat keiner uns was gesagt. Gar keine Information. Also was im Bilder gezeigt ist, ist nicht im Real. Schrecklich. Wir müssen selber Badetücher besorgen, Toiletten Papier. Mein Bruder musste im Keller schlafen, weil sie keine anderen Platz hatten. Ah ja derjenige der "Chef" ist, für ihn ist es egal ob der Kunde zufrieden ist oder unzufrieden ist. Ihn ist das Geld wichtig, sonst gar nichts. Wir wollten nach 5 Tagen später check out machen und haben uns andere Hotel gebucht. Derjenige hat gemeint wir müssen mit Expedia telefonieren, habe ich sofort gemacht aber der "Chef" hat jedes Mal abgelehnt damit wir unser Geld nicht zurückbekommen. So lächerlich, dass sie mit uns unnötig diskutiert hab, ich EMPFEHLE DIESEN HOTEL GAR NICHT. Das ist auch KEIN HOTEL, SONDERN Irgendein WOHNUNG UND SIND NUR PAAR MÖBEL DRINNEN, DAS WARS AUCH. Schrecklich. SIE WISSEN NICHT MAL WAS HYGIENE IST.

Nice and new room as per pictures. Staff was very attentive and knew what he was doing. Very effective and fast working. Location not too far from Taksim. Walkable distance to the bus stop to airport. Many restaurants nearby. Comfy bed, nice and soft blanket and bedsheet. Quiet at night.

Great stay, convenient location

On our way from Canada to Jordan and due to the COVID situation we got stuck in Istanbul for one week. It wasn’t on our schedule and in our budget at all. I went on line and checked for a suitable place to stay, Zendy seemed to be a good option, which turned out, to our surprise to be true. The small 4 store boutique hotel was located conveniently in close proximity to taksim square, one of the main shopping boulevards in Istanbul. Huge variety of dining options and great place for cheap shopping. The hotel is family owned and operated, very forthcoming and welcoming. Omer will go the extra mile to help you carrying your luggage to the bus stop. Clean rooms with personal safe, modern designed clean showers and toilets. The hotel provides free wifi. Will definitely keep it on my next travel plan to Istanbul!!!

Extremely clean place with great location that you can reach main parts of Istanbul being in the middle of it. Very helpful and kind administration. The only small concern can be a slight noise coming from the city and from the mosque which can be isolated by closing the windows.

Ce n'est pas du tout l'appartement présenté dans l'annonce. Beaucoup de matériel ne fonctionnant pas (four cassé et pas accessible, grillé pain, douche cassée ). L'appartement en lui même est très bien, mais l'équipement laissé beaucoup à désirer. Je ne recommande pas cette location
