The hotel is very centrally located and close to many places. The service of the staff is of high quality and fast, the only problem is that the room was a bit dusty and the towels were not hygienic. They would probably have helped upon request, but I didn't want to because I didn't have time.

One of my best holidays ever. everything was great. staff was super friendly. big shopping mall nearby and lots of small restaurants where you can eat delicious. and the beach is within walking distance. I will definitely come back soon.

It was more than ok for the price. I had the small singel room. They could have invested in new quilt. And the room smelled like smooke may times through the night from other rooms or outside. All in all, a ok stay.

I arrived around mid night and the reception lady was so cheerful and welcoming! Check in took one minute. The room was super small but meet the needs for one night as I had an appointment around the block at noon. I left my luggage there till late afternoon. The hotel is few minutes walk to the train station where you can go to the city center. I will come back in my next stay in Bakirkoy.

Täuschung statt Hotelkomfort – nie wieder Ravvda Hotel Bakırköy Wir waren zweimal in diesem Hotel – vom 30.06. bis 02.07. und nochmals vom 17.07. bis 21.07.. Der zweite Aufenthalt war bereits vor dem ersten gebucht – sonst wären wir sicher nicht zurückgekommen. Schon beim ersten Aufenthalt war der Zustand ernüchternd: Urinspuren auf dem WC, Haare im Bad, alte, fleckige Handtücher – und das WC selbst war nicht fest mit dem Boden verbunden. Statt fachgerecht zu reparieren, hatte man eine Kaffeetasse zwischen Toilettenfuß und Boden geklemmt, um das Ganze irgendwie zu stützen. Ein absolut untragbarer Zustand. Beim zweiten Aufenthalt baten wir ausdrücklich um frische Bettwäsche. Stattdessen wurde das Bett einfach glattgezogen und mit einer dekorativen Tagesdecke samt Zierkissen abgedeckt – eine offensichtliche Täuschung. Der Zustand darunter war unverändert. Diese bewusste Irreführung hat uns am meisten geärgert. Es ist schlicht unverschämt, Gästen derart etwas vormachen zu wollen. Das Frühstück war minimalistisch, serviert auf einem Tablett in der Lobby. Im ganzen Gebäude lag zudem dauerhaft Zigarettengeruch, da das Personal direkt vor dem Eingang rauchte. Fazit: Für denselben Preis hätten wir im Mercure Hotel deutlich bessere Standards gehabt. Dieses Hotel lebt nur vom Schein – und enttäuscht auf ganzer Linie. 1 von 10 Punkten.
