Hotel was perfect size so staff knew all the guests. Room was lovely and very clean. Incredible breakfast with lots of choices. Temperature in room was always comfortable. Shout out to Mustapha who went above and beyond, but everyone was wonderful!

On November 29th, electricity maintenance service was conducted and there was no alternative for electricity for about three hours, 3pm to 5:55pm. Initially a memo was passed around the the maintenance was gonna be for 2hours( 3pm- 5pm) but they went over and the receptionist was arguing that it was suppose to last for 3hours, no apologies. Telephone out of service, water and elevator wasn’t working for that period. Hotel should have generators in place to power the facility and not leave the customers in complete darkness and out of service for basic amenities .

Room was clean, their service went above and beyond, especially Ali, Batuhan and Mustafa, they were attentive and very friendly. Their breakfast was exceptional and delicious, i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
