Great hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Istanbul. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. Will definitely come again to this place.

Pros: -Close to main tourist spots. -Attentive and helpful staffs. -Has towel warmer -Free breakfast is a bonus Cons: -Small space for 3 beds / 3 adults with luggages. -Has a sewage smell when u enter the lobby and staircase area. Overall it was a good stay. We were able to visit a lot of places and the hotel is close to everything, shops, restaurants and tourist spots.

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten mal dort und werden auch das nöchste mal dort übernachten. Es ist nur eine Minute von taksim entfernt. Die Sauberkeit und auch Zimmer-Service ist Tadellos. Der inhaber und sein Personal sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Menschen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen 100%.

The staff here are the real stars: patient, kind, and always ready to help. I was a huge fan of the heated towel rails and the premium-feeling toiletries! While the room was spotless, some furniture needs an upgrade; the power sockets felt a bit flimsy, and the bathroom vanity had seen better days. A few USB ports would also be a welcome addition. Overall, a great experience with excellent service!

We had a fantastic experience during our recent stay. The team are incredibly friendly and so helpful. There is 24 hour presence at the main reception and a lift. I booked 2 rooms. The room facilities are clean and cosy. The common areas are well maintained aswell. Breakfast was included during our stay. The food was delicious and there is a variety of food and drinks offered. The hotel location is a plus as you are close to Taksim square and main transport links to main attractions. We booked an airport transfer service to and from the hotel which was prompt and for us, made it stress free. I thoroughly recommend this gem of a hotel. Thank you Ahmed, Abdullah, Pery and all the team.

The stay at Union Hotel Plat Inn was amazing. Beginning by the staff. Jamil was amazing and very knowledgeable. As a matter fact everyone was very nice and always asking what they can do for us. The room was very comfortable. The hotel location is great. Very close to everything. No doubt my next stay in Istanbul will be at this hotel.

I was there in October, and they sent us a car to pick us up from the airport, so we had an easy arrival. When we got there, we were welcomed with a cup of coffee and baklava. The receptionist, Mr. Morad, was super friendly and trustworthy (which is sometimes hard to find in the Taksim area). The room we had was 3 beds , super clean, and although it was small, it had enough space. It had a refrigerator, and they provided water, coffee, and a coffee maker. Now about the breakfast. I’m still dreaming about their breakfast! So many delicious foods, everything super clean and organized. Yes, I keep mentioning the cleanliness because I’m very OCD and a clean person. Since we were three women, the front desk was very careful about us and gave us all the safety advice. Pari, another lady at the front desk, was very knowledgeable. She spoke several languages and helped people overcome language barriers. The sweetest and most energetic was Abdullah, who was so polite and helpful, always with a big smile on his face. Believe me , try this place and you’re going to love it

Die Unterkunft war sehr Sauber, die Zimmer sehr gemütlich. Man fühlte sich sofort wie zuhause. Die Unterkunft war an einer sehr sehr guten Location man kam innerhalb 2 Minuten zum Taksim-Platz und Istikal-Caddesi. Die beste Einkaufsstrasse. Das Frühstück war jeden morgen vorbereitet und es war sehr gut. 10 Sekunden vom Hotel befindet sich auch ein Shop der alles was man braucht hat, für einen Late Night Snack, perfekt. Die Rezeption war durchgehend besetzt und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns auch tipps gegeben wo wir gehen können und was gute Orte sind zum anschauen. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehle der Preisleistungs verhältnis etwas gutes erwartet und ein Hotel an einem guten Spot haben möchte.
