Our villa is just a 30-second walk from the sea, tram line, and ferry station, and only 10 minutes on foot from the Eyüp Sultan Mosque. -First Floor: 100 square meters, 3+1 configuration, with one bathroom.

-Second Floor: Identical to the first-floor flat, also with one bathroom.

-Top Floor: Features a terrace with a cozy winter Dome, perfect for enjoying the view and relaxing comfortably in all seasons, a barbecue, and a tiny flat with one double bed, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom.

Rest assured about cleanliness and hygiene. As cleanliness-obsessed individuals, we ensure everything is spotless until we are certain.

Other things to note:

-The whole villa is yours. There are two separate flats in the building. Flats and terrace are connected by stairs. There is no elevator.

-Passport photos will be collected before check-in due to law.

-Cleaning during the stay is available upon request for a fee of 50 euros. Due to requests from some guests for hotel-style cleaning, we have found it necessary to include this information. Please remember that this is not a hotel.

-If you prefer VIP one way airport transportation (80 euros for up to 6 people or 100 euros up to 16 people), please inform me before the day you arrive. Note that only cash USD, EURO or TL payments are accepted.

Car Parking:

-There is a private car park near our place that costs 15 euro daily.
