This is our second time in this beatiful classical designed hotel. we impressed with the design of hotel, quality, service, and friendly staff. Location is close to underground, tram station, taxi is easy to get, also just front of the big shopping mall and restaurants. This hotel is amazing - the decor mat not be to everyone's taste but it is opulent and ostentacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are individually decorated to a high standard and have all facilities needed i.e. kettle, fridge, bedside sockets and satellite TV

Perfect stay in Istanbul

Comfortable room with enough space. Breakfast is all right. Beautiful interiors. Various shopping nearby, easy access to the tram which takes you to main attractions of the old city. One problem - it overlooks mosque, so in the morning and in the evening you need to hear azan at full sound.

Extremely Happy

The Hotel have elegant classical/antique looking. The staff was extremely helpful, we are extremely thankful to Umit, Saffet, Ibrahim front office, house keeping Sadiye, Elif, from restaurant Hulya and woman Cheff's. Room size was very good, quality of material was also very good. The Hotel have pair 5 star hotel which you can use Sauna, Gym, Hamam, Pool facilities. Location is CENTRAL. Very easy to get taxi, metro and tramway for Istanbul explorations.

Expected the slight faults

Bed was comfortable to sleep on. Hotels is old so you have problem according to that. Sink was slightly broken. Used toilet tissue Dust on the new one Slight toilet leak Breakfest was DEAD.

Great but not worth it.

The hotel was expensive for what it offered. It was so hot inside and the AC was not working. For the price that you pay, the bathroom was so bad. It was called a room with the turkish hamam but that hamam was so bad. The breakfast was alright, i dont recommend the hot meals that they had but everything else was alright. They were super friendly, very nice to you, every single one of the workers was amazing.

This is very petty due to the amount but it’s the principal. I was charged for cappuccinos upon checkout from the restaurant that I never ordered. The desk guy refused to remove for me and couldn’t very with staff as I checked out at midnight. Cheap for me and cheaper for the hotel but not cool overall and he was very unwilling to help. 12am on the 6th of august. I’ve stayed 3x and I will stay again due to convenience

Location

Our room was very nice and well conditioned, the bathroom was a bit tricky but passable,room service was helpful and on time,my only complaint is that the mint yogurt in the buffet was old and tingly, perhaps rotten, and there was no regular yogurt to with the scrambled eggs, also the small water bottle on the table of your room is NOT free and they wanted to charge us 7₺ for it, if your not a fan of noise then I wouldn't recommend this place since it's right next to the loud and busy street, overall I had a pretty great time.

DO NOT BOOK HERE

Do not book this hotel. There were people complaining as I checked in. It claims to be non smoking but it was not. The front desk manager is rude and its very clear they lie about the quality of the hotel (hence the no refund rule.) DO not book here.

Little outdated hotel, the pool is not in the same property and you have to go to another building. During our stay we had smoke alarm go off every night for 2 nights around 2am due to someone smoking in their rooms. There was no apology from the staff or explanation. It isn't exactly walking distance from the main tourist attractions as advertised. Seemed to be more popular place to stay with the locals than non speaking Turkish tourist.
