I have been to Istanbul before. But I have never stayed in such a beautiful hotel. The staff are very respectful, friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite big and spacious. The room I stayed in was very clean and well designed. All electronics were new. nothing was working. The city view was beautiful. The location of the hotel was very good. You can easily reach any place you want to reach.

The hotel was very big and beautiful. staff were friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was large and spacious. It was also very clean. Additional payments were reasonably priced. If the price of the hotel was very reasonable. You can choose this place on your Istanbul trip.

It İS NOT A NON SMOKİNG hotel. All rooms and hallways smell. And the only thing they do about it is opening the windows. And most customers are there for a one night stand which made us very uncomfortable. The coach and table had cigarette burns. We had our room changed thinking it wont smell but it was the same. Rooms are built very nice but not taken care. Very disappointed.
