Everything is perfect, room is and clean, the staff was really helpful and friendly, especially the reception girl was really friendly and helpful. The most important thing that I like was even I checked out, I still can left my luggage here for a few hours, that was very helpful.

We stayed here 4 nights. Location is excellent with walking distance to all major sites of interest. Rooms are well equipped and a good breakfast was included with our stay. Our young lady at reception was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to book tours or look up information. One of the best receptionists we have ever had on our many trips. Also this hotel arranged pickup and transfers to/from the airport. Excellent hotel. Highly recommend this place.

Great location, breakfast, personnel and transport options. It's safe and it's comfortable. Unfortunately, we had the bad experience of not having hot water to shower for one night (due to a lack of gas).
