施設内は清潔でシャンプーなどのアメニティも充実しています。 歩いて20分ほどのところに、アヤソフィアやトプカプ宮殿があり、近くの駅からトラムにのっていくこともできます。 3分ほどの場所にスーパーもあり水などの食材や日用品が買えます。また、7分ほどの場所にアルコールが売っているお店もあるので、イスラム教以外の人も満足できます。

Great location, very friendly and welcoming staff, and an excellent breakfast. The elevator was a welcome addition and made getting luggage up to the room much easier. The airport transfer service was also very convenient and highly recommended. The room was clean overall, though a more thorough deep clean in some areas would make the stay even better.

Vanaf de eerste dag van onze incheck was de service al teleurstellend. We werden niet eens naar onze kamer begeleid, terwijl deze zich op de eerste verdieping bevond. Het bed lag ontzettend slecht, alsof je op een houten plank sliep. We hebben gevraagd of we van kamer konden wisselen en waren zelfs bereid om extra te betalen. Het antwoord was echter steeds: nee, nee, alles zit vol. Dat je voor een standaardkamer kiest, betekent toch niet dat je genoegen moet nemen met een slecht bed en gebrekkige voorzieningen? De toiletpot zat los, de föhn was kapot, er was geen raam in de kamer en de kamer rook niet fris. Ook bij het uitchecken werd er niet gevraagd hoe ons verblijf was geweest. Niemand liep met ons mee naar de deur of bood hulp aan met onze bagage en de taxi. De enige indruk die we kregen, was dat het personeel buiten bij de deur stond te roken. Al met al was dit een zeer teleurstellende ervaring. De service, hygiëne en staat van de kamer voldeden absoluut niet aan onze verwachtingen. Ik betaal de volgende keer liever wat meer voor een hotel waar goede service, een schone kamer en comfort wél vanzelfsprekend zijn. Helaas kan ik dit hotel op basis van onze ervaring niet aanbevelen.

Hairs all over the room. AC barely worked. Wouldn't give us a second key so we could keep the AC running. The "free water bottles" described in the ad referred to a single 330ml water bottle, and if you ask for more they'll tell you there is a water pitcher at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, unless you arrive at 8am sharp, good luck, the staff does not refill anything, you'll stay hungry. The towels in the hotel I wouldnt wipe my floors with, they smelled terrible and could be used as sand paper

Our initial room was good and roomy but the roof leaked after a heavy rain. They transferred us to a very small room.Breakfast was adequate. Their staff were courteous and helpful.

As a solo traveller, I stayed in economy single room. Overall stay was ok. I liked the decor and rooms were clean. The only thing that let me down was the noise outside my room starting early morning (cleaning, hoover etc) until late afternoon and I could hear guests using the bathroom next door.

The staff was wonderful, laundry service was prompt, the room was small but clean & effecient, the hotel is located within easy walking to all the main attractions. The only issue we experienced was our rooms tv couldnt connect to any of the streaming.

This hotel is located in the historic center of Istanbul, the old town. Grand Bazaar with the column of Constantine (328 AD) are located in two minutes of walking. But the streets are super busy of course. It is a great cultural experience if you want an authentic atmosphere. If you wanted something quiet and peaceful the downtown area is not for you. Our host Nadim was super helpful and professional. He arranged the room for us that we liked. Hospitality and the service was overall great. Just make sure to communicate with the staff and they'll try their best to give you a pleasant experience during your stay. The breakfast is a traditional Turkish one, served every morning.
