Excellent location. Next door to metro station and many shops and restaurants. Easy walk to the Sirkeci train station. Ten minuteswalk to the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace Museum, Hagia Sofia, the spice market and the Grand Bazaar. Friendly staff at the restaurant and front Desk. Special thanks to Miss.Lale at the front desk who did everything possible to make our stay very enjoyable. Good size rooms that were cleaned every day. Nicely decorated reception area. We stayed at the hotel many times and will definitely stay again.

Amazing location and VERY friendly stuff! Close to the hotel there are subway, train, a lot of sightseeing, Bosphor bay, Bazaar. Across the street there is the nice cafe, with loyal prices and tasty food. You save your time and money. The stuff is open to help in all your questions and concerns. If you book transferee from hotel, you may relax and do not care about luggage or road. And the silence in the hotel is very good, we stayed 6 days and did not hear neighbours. And also you get the traditional breakfast in the morning. Great cost for great service!

This hotel has the best staff, they are extremely friendly and accommodating and they honestly made our stay so much better. The hotel itself is pretty old, it is a bit run down with tape holding up parts of the wall and ceilings. With that said, the hotel itself is cleaned very well so the aesthetics of the hotel are not as disappointing, but still very visible. There’s unfortunately no hot water during the daytime and sometimes when we would turn on the facet, the water would come out black or orange before changing back to clear in about 20 seconds. The walls of the hotel rooms seem to be paper thin, there is almost no audio privacy once you’re in your room and you definitely can hear everything going on outside your four walls. There is also a hotel cat that lives in the lobby. It’s always walking around the lobby area or in its play area but if you’re allergic to cats, this is definitely not the place for you. The breakfast spread was very nice with lots of options in the morning and plenty of coffee and tea. The hotel is in one of the best locations in terms of walkability, it’s near all the gems of the city and very close to some of the best restaurants.
