I would give this hotel seven stars

One of the best hotels in Istanbul. Location is the best.safety is excellent..All Staff are very polite and helpful specially Mr Ogulcan in the reception who helped us a lot at the checkin . The breakfast is nice . I decided next time to stay in this hotel.

I am a very experienced traveler and have enjoyed exceptional service at many hotels around the world. However, I was not very happy with the customer service and food at Istanbul Marriott Sisli. Unfortunately, we got sick after eating room service. We reported the issue, but no one followed up or acknowledged our complaint. The room cleanliness was just okay—not up to the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. Overall, the experience was average and did not reflect the quality I usually associate with the Marriott brand.

I have stayed in Istanbul Marriott Hotel şişli for few weeks. I had one of the best services ever, very clean rooms and best views, a great Lobby area, food was excellent. On the Top of all that the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank them all, Specially the Duty Manager Kemal who assisted with few minor issues that i had, and the guest relation Aygun who was very helpful and friendly, and at the reception desk I have to personally thank all and specially ( Sima Yildirim, Erhan, Serpil, Kaan, Emre, BahAdir and Nurcan the Managers and Ali who checked me in. And I’m sorry I couldn’t remember some of the other staff’s names. Highly recommend Hotel mainly because of the lovely service from the staff. I would like the management kindly email the staff and praise them for their great service and hospitality skills.

The receptionist, named Kerem, was rude and unwelcoming. Furthermore, the condition of the property was subpar, with worn-off furniture. This experience does not justify a 5-star rating, and improvements could be made, possibly at a more reasonable price

DON'T EXPECT MARRIOT HOTELS' CLEANNESS AND COMFORT at this hotel. The location is good, staff are very friendly and do their best to answer all your questions. and needs, good room service, safe, walkable to shopping areas, good breakfast but you have to pay extra for breakfast. My biggest complaint is about their bedding! Awful! You feel like your bedding is set inside a zip lock bag! Every night I had to sleep in a plasticy unbreathable sheets and uneven mattress. About the shower, the color of the tiles inside the shower is dark with not much light, so you cannot tell if it is clean or not. The main need of staying in a hotel in big cities like Istanbul is a place to shower and sleep. Unfortunately, this place does not provide any of them. I won't go back to this hotel again.

The area of the hotel is in a very good area with lots of cafe and shops nearby walking distance. Not very far from tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub was well tempered and locker rooms were kept clean and hygienic. Door men staff were very friendly. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
