The staff was great, very helpful, friendly and professional. The hotel was kept very clean and I loved the location as it was all around walking distance to all the places I wanted we wanted to visit. We will definitely book this hotel again next time we are in the area

Overall was a good experience at the hotel and it was reasonably priced . The Plus points where it was Located 2-3 mins walk from blue masjid, most of the staff where friendly. House keeping came every day and the two lady where helpful. now for the not so good points. Room was small, furniture was out dated, breakfast did not have that much variety. But again for the price i paid i can not complain.

Staff are friendly especially Oktem who can go above his limits to help customers. Although the room was a bit small and has no outside view, but no complain because I’ve paid for economy room and location is fantastic.

The reception staff (specially Jimal) were really helpful. But the property itself unfortunately hasn’t been well kept and it has very poor condition which is such a pity as it’s located in an accessible area. I don’t recommend this hotel, better try somewhere else.

Pictures are not what is actual. The place is clean but cause the worn out furniture and decore you would think it is dirty. And google took me to the worng address. Then I found that if a place is poorly rated they change the name of the hotel and location or they swap places.
