We stayed in one of the 2 bedroom apartments. Well air-conditioned, a little cramped despite the multiple rooms, and noise into the night from the bustling street outside. Access to the apartments is via a narrow staircase although a porter will help with bags. Elevator is possible but only part of the way. Kind, helpful staff; central location.

Hotel is centrally located with many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants a short walk away. The hotel has good access to public transport and there is a taxi rank a short walk away. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fairly traditional but even a fussy eater will find something to have. The heated pool was great and the kids loved coming back to it in the late afternoon. The hotel is clean and the rooms were always made up upon our return. Would certainly stay again.

The hotel is very clean and in a great location, with everything easily accessible nearby. The staff were polite, responsible, and very helpful. Check-in was also very fast and smooth.

Overall the stay was ok. The location and staff was good but the building is old and needs renovation. Bedroom and bathrooms are outdated. We bought the breakfast package and it was not worth it.

The room had everything we needed, clean, organised and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, not a huge amount of choice but enough for even the fussiest of eaters to find something they like. Location of the hotel makes up for any issues anyone could find, perfect and easy to get to all the tourist sites from here

Disappointing Stay I booked two Deluxe Sea View rooms. At check-in, we were told no sea view rooms were available—despite seeing Deluxe Sea View rooms actively available for booking on their website at that exact moment. We were initially given a standard Deluxe room instead. After two hours of insistence, the staff offered an alternative room option, but immediately reneged on the offer right after showing us the room. Following further delays, we were eventually given partial sea view rooms on different floors (3rd and 4th). Poor Housekeeping: On one occasion, our room was not cleaned at all despite our request. On other days housekeeping did attend, the bed sheets and pillowcases were never changed and were kept the same . I would like to note that one employee, Amir, was friendly and tried to help us as much as he could despite the circumstances.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite, welcoming, and professional. One of the things I enjoyed most was the atmosphere at night. When I opened the window, I could hear pleasant romantic club music in the distance, which made the evening feel very special, comfortable, and relaxing. The food and the rooftop terrace overlooking the city were definitely among the highlights. My girlfriend and I loved sitting outside, enjoying the delicious food and admiring the beautiful views of the European city. Seagulls were flying nearby, and we even fed them from our hands while sitting on the terrace. The food was amazing, the views were beautiful, and the entire experience felt very romantic. Everything was wonderful. I truly hope to return again one day.
