A holiday in Tuzla

A beautiful place in Tuzla, comfortable with an excellent location. No complaints. Very supportive staff. The facilities were as shown in the pictures. A nice place for relaxation and places of interest nearby. We will come back for sure!

Her şey aslında güzel başladı, fakat gece 02:00'ye kadar bitmeyen müzik sayesinde uyuyamadık. Müzik devam etse bile pencerelerin ses geçirmemesi lazım - çift camların bakımlarını yaptırınız! Bunun yanında yatak odamızın sanırım yakınında bir yerde malzeme odası vardı, kapısı her kapandığında yataktan sıçradık adeta! Pazar sabahın 08:30'unda başladı bu sayede uyandık. Ve o gün 8 saatlik araç seyahatim olduğu için berbat bir gece geçirdim. Malzeme odası kapısının ayarını yaptırmanız lazım!

House Keeing musste ich 2mal rufen um Badutensilen zu bekommen. Die Rechnung wollte die Reception per email schicken, gut, aber ich musste 4mal anrufen, Kollege hat direkt an der Rezept nochmal gefragt, tuerkische Mitarbeiter hat nochmal angerufen...nach 4 Tage hab ich endlich bekommen.

Really disappointed form the Hotel. I can't imagine that could be Hilton. If that is Hilton the quality is really bad. Paid for 500 m2 room. First we were given a room no more than 20 m2. After a dispute they moved us to a room no more than 40 m2 smelling like mold. Afterwards we were given a third room even smaller than the previous one. We paid extra for sea view. The view was the road which was pretty much busy all the time. Apparently, according to the latest price list we have payed for 3 rooms but used only a small one with a bedroom and tiny living room.

Ekstra betaling grundet fejl.

Hej. Da jeg checkede ind den 2 januar ved 21:00 tiden blev jeg afkrævet betaling for 2 nætter selvom jeg fremviste kvittering på betaling via Hotel.com. Jeg betalte med Master Card og fik aftalt med receptionen at manager Vokan ville tage sig af sagen når han kom næste dag ved 9 tiden. Han oplyste at der var sket en fejl og ville føre det afkrævede beløb på 1088TL tilbage til min konto. Beløbet er dags dato ikke modtaget selvom jeg henvendte mig til hotellet i går.

Güzel bir otel ancak gürültüyü önlemesi gerekli.

Otelin arka bahçesi içinde mevcut bir eğlence mekanında oluşan yüksek sesli canlı müzik nedeniyle gece 12:00 ye kadar uyuyamadık. Hoparlörler, amplifier lar ın bu kadar yüksek derecede açık olmasına gerek yok bence söz konusu mekan zaten küçük ve içeridekilerde muhtemelen aşırı ve sürekli yüksek sesten dolayı rahatsızdır. Bu otele sırf bu yüzden tekrar geleceğimi sanmıyorum.

usiness trip in Tuzla

Stayed there for few days, friendly staff, good restaurant. Did complain about a smell from drains in bathroom and light not working in bathroom as well and problem was not sorted out 3 days after and upon checkout. Have stayed at the hotel before and are generally happy to stay and I am sure hotel will fix problems before next stay.
