Detta hotell är en bluff som inte finns. Blev flyttad till ett annat hotell brevid utan någon förvarning. Fick reda på detta av en tillfällighet utanför det stängda hotellet, efter att ha stått utanför det i ca 4h. Detta är inte ett 4-stjärnigt hotell, snarare ett 2-stjärnigt. Rummen är mycket slitna, lyhörda och smutsiga. Hotellet ligger nära sevärdheter , men det ligger i ett slumområde. Frukostbuffen är allt annat än imponerande, med ett par brödbitar och lite smör. Låt dig inte luras av detta billiga pris, HOTELLET ÄR INGET KAP, välj hellre ett annat hotell, annars får du vara beredd på en RIKTIG LÅGBUDGETUPPLEVELSE och din semester kommer att bli förstörd. Fick byta rum flera gånger under min vistelse på hotellet. Hotellet har dessutom felaktigt uppget till hotels.com att jag och min sambo avbokat på plats, vilket lett till att vi inte har fått några bonuspoäng - detta har inte rättats av hotellet trotts flera påstötningar på hotels.com.

J'ai passé 9 nuits dans cet hôtel j'ai réserver un transfert depuis l'aéroport à l'hôtel il mon envoyer la navette mais à mon arriver à l'hôtel j'ai trouver la porte fermée il été 3 heure du matin mon fils de 3 ans été endormi j'ai sonné 100 fois,frappé à la porte, personne n'a ouvert la porte en faite cet hôtel n'a pas de réception mais ce qui m'a surpris c'était à qu'ils m'ont envoyer la navette ce qui signifie qu'ils savais l'heure de mon arrivée mais en fin de compte j'ai trouvé personne j'ai attendu jusqu'à 5 heure du matin pour qu'un voisin intervient et va me chercher celui qui s'occupe de cet hôtel. Quel galère. Et à la fin de mon séjour j'avais mon vol prévu pour le soir j'ai voulu laisser mes bagages chez eux pour profiter de cette dernière journée mais il n'ont pas voulu. Quel déception

NOT a hotel but a run down apartment building

The location was good - 15 minutes from the blue mosque. Listings and reviews on hotels.com and trip advisor were misleading as some made it out to be a hotel, which is what we were expecting. We booked an air conditioned double room. Instead we were given a 'deluxe suite' which consisted of an open plan kitchen/living room, a bathroom and a double bedroom. Only the living room (which we only used for breakfast) was air conditioned and the weather was very hot in the middle of August. We complained and asked for an air conditioned room (which we had booked) but there were none available. They gave us an old fan instead which was not very effective. A traditional Turkish breakfast plate was delivered to the room each morning but was fairly limited. The bathroom was unventilated and smelly, with a shower full of mould. They also charged us extra for the same airport bus than other local agents were charging but were unable to explain why. Would not stay again.

the carpet was dirty, their was mold in the shower and you can smell the sewage in the bathroom. The room needs updating, the television didn't work. Even though the room was large, the neighborhood wasn't the greatest and the room was so depressing, we switched hotel after first night. Definately not a four star more like a 1 or 2

Good clean home-like hotel that worth the money

We had a suite room for four people. The room is large, clean and nice. The slight problem is the bed size is a bit small than anticipated as it was mentioned to be "king size" but turned out to be double size. The sofa bed (for the third person) and the another sofa (for the fourth person) in the lounge were decent sizes. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and the hotel really feels like home.

En säng istället för tre som utlovat

Vi var tre kompisar som åkte och bokade ett rum med en kingsize-säng och två enkelsängar, alltså tre separata sängar. När vi kom dit fanns endast en queensize-säng och en bäddsoffa. När vi påtalade detta så sa de att det är hotels.com som skriver beskrivningarna på sin sida och att de inte ens har ett rum med tre separata sängar i. Dessutom var standarden på rummet inte vad vi hade förväntat oss. Efter mycket strul och dyra samtal hem till Sverige och hotels.com löste receptionisten det så att vi fick byta till ett annat hotell som mötte våra förväntningar, och att det skulle ske på Blue Eye suites bekostnad. Så hotellet och rummet som sådant ger jag inte mycket för, men ansträngningen från receptionisten får bättre betyg.

Olin neljän päivän matkalla Istanbulissa kaverini kanssa. Hotelli osoittautui erittäin hyväksi valinnaksi; sijainti ok, huone todella siisti ja mukava, hyvä aamiainen ja erittäin ystävällinen henkiläkunta, joka oli enemmän kuin innokas neuvomaan reittejä ym. Hotellilta kävelee n.10 minuutissa Siniselle moskeijalle, myös raitiovaunulle n.10-15min matka (todella mäkisiä katuja, vie enemmän aikaa). Hotellin lähellä kahviloita, ravintoloita ja kioskeja/pikkukauppoja. Erittäin vahvasti suositeltava hotelli!

Blue eyes suites, gute Lage und guter Service, TOP

Die Wohnungen befinden sich in Sultanahmet,es ist schwer zu finden, weil niemand blue eyes suites kennt und es keinen offensichtlichen Anzeichen vor der Wohnung gibt.Ich bin mit einem Taxi angekommen, dass mich 50 TL vom Flughafen Atatürk gekostet hat. Der Taxifahrer musste die Rezeption anrufen, um herauszufinden, wo die Lage ist. Sobald wir es gefunden haben ist eigentlich die Lage recht gut, zumal dass ich nur für 2 Nächte kam. Die Lage war nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von der Blauen Moschee entfernt. Man kann vieles an einen Tag erledigen: Hagia Sophia, die Zistern, Topkapi-Palast, Bosporus-Kreuzfahrt-Tour und Taxim. Da ich gerne spazieren, war ich sehr zufrieden mit der Lage. Ich hatte gehofft, dass ich vielleicht früher einchecken kann, aber ich musste bis 14 Uhr warten, in der Regel erlauben blue eyes suites keinen frühen Check-In. Die Angestellten waren großartig; sie halfen mir meinen Aufenthalt zu planen,gaben mir einem Regenschirm, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, meiner Meinung nach hätte das Frühstück schon um 7,30 anfangen können (es geht von 8,30 bis 10,30), aber das ist auch meine einzige Kritik. Das Zimmer war geräumig,obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht habe. Das Bett war ein Doppelbett und sehr bequem und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Weiterhin war ich über die Größe des Badezimmers überrascht weil es fast so gross war wie mein Zimmer. WiFi-Signal war sehr stark. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinen Aufenthalt.

Hotelli oli pikkuinen, kävelymatkan päässä Sultanahmetista Kiipeämistä kyllä riitti, että hyvät kengät on tarpeen. Huone "myytiin" sviittinä mutta ihan tavallinen apart. se oli kuitenkin. Huone oli pieni, wifi toimi Siivous oli päivittäin Aamiainen melko vaatimaton.

В марте порадовала цена. За 5ночей вышло около 98евро, это вполне ок. Отель небольшой. Номера светлые (4окна), но холодно. Уборка ежедневно. Wi-Fi быстрый и входит в цену. Пешая доступность до достопримечательностей. Завтраки для этой категории (3*) вполне ок. Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшен. Я обращалась к Вейселу и Шахину. Помогали, откликались на все. Шахин помогал даже в том, в чем явно не обязан. Индивидуальный подход и вежливое внимание к гостям. Говорят по-английски. 2 грузинки работают на кухне, приветливые, они неплохо русский знают. Район хоть и милый, идти к трамваям вверх по очень крутой горе. Убила ноги. Холодно и окна тонкие, в 5 начинает орать муэдзин, так что сон прерван. Между номерами оч.высокая слышимость. Не было покрывала, в ванной никаких душевых принадл. нет, заплесневелые потолки, нераб.душ Чтобы выключить бра, надо вылезти на холод и топать к двери, бред. Не работал 3 дня телевизор. ! В день отъезда продлили номер до 20, заплатили. Каков же был наш шок, когда вернувшись перед выездом, обнаружили, что номер вымыт, а вещи выкинуты из шкафов, чемоданы в угол, а еда в дорогу изъята, нету. Всегда считала, что если люди оплатили номер, вещи в нем неприкосновенны! Вообще не ясно за что оплачено!Они просто убрали номер, будто мы съехали в 11, стандартный выезд! За недорого все неудобства перетерпеть вполне можно. Но увидев цены на май – 50 т. на 6 ночей за двоих, я обалдела. Нельзя в этот отель за 50 тыс ехать: разочаруетесь

They charge airport transportation way too high

This is the first time I visited Turkey. The hotel location is OK, not very close to the center area, so I have to walk for 20 minutes to visit the main attraction. The staff was friendly, and room was clean. The only thing I felt terrible was that they charged me 70 Lira (about $30) for the transportation from the airport to the hotel. All other companies which offer transportation service only charge 5 euro. It is almost 4 times than the normal price! It was robbery!

Jammer dat het 4 ster voor staat absoluut niet waard, niet eens voorzien van een naamplaat van de hotel, wij moesten wel heel lang zoeken. eerste indruk heel slecht, nare geur op moment als je binnen stapt. plutpunt nette ruim-schoon en nette kamer, zeker min. 10 min. lopen naar sultanahmet plein, het afgelegen buurt.

A very nice & exceptionally comfortable place.

Heading back to USA from a job in the middle-east, I wanted to spend a couple of nights in Istanbul. We came into IST in the middle of a snowstorm, which blanketed the city in a couple of inches of snow/ice. I was very pleased with the friendliness, cleanliness, and location of Blues Eye Suites. The breakfasts were quite extensive, fresh-cooked, and simply exceptional (wide variety of selection). I plan to go back, for sure; I hope that my next visit, I will not go into Istanbul being so tired (so that I can visit more of the historical sites, in future). The Blue Eye Suites was simply a wonderful place to stay !

Familiäres Hotel an guter Lage

Sehr nettes Hotel an guter Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, wenn auch etwas fettig gekocht. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet mit TV, Klimaanlage, Schrank und eigenem kleinen Bad. Leider hatten wir nicht wie versprochen kleine Badezimmerprodukte zur Verfügung und der Safe hat nicht funktioniert. Und obwohl es Satelliten TV gab hatten wir nur 1 deutschen Sender und ein paar englische, bei denen allerdings keine Filme, sondern nur Nachrichten liefen. Das war für uns ein kleiner Minuspunkt. Das Wifi hat dafür tadellos funktioniert. Ein wirklich empfehlenswertes Hotel mit familiärem Charme :).
