"Room was spotless, high quality appliances. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the driver who takes you to and from the slopes. Only thing I would change is having a jacuzzi as the outdoor pool isn’t very warm. Other than that amazing. "

"I’ve stayed here twice and not disappointed! It is exceptional in every way, particularly the staff.. friendly efficient and welcoming despite being such a large property! Great shuttle service and the spa is extraordinary! Breakfast is busy but so well organised and staffed! Coffee made fresh constantly and delivered to your table. Pros: - Ski-in, ski-out - Great, friendly staff Cons: - Old, run-down hotel - Poor quality food in the restaurant - Flies in the bedroom - Bedsheet and towels are low quality linen cloth - Had no hot water for showers through-out stay - Cleaners came into room despite a Do Not Disturb sign on door - No kettle, iron or safe - Lift was often broken"

"The family and staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly, and helpful. The location was a 15' walk from the town center but there was a shuttle that would transport you to the lifts or town. Rooms were nice, breakfast was fine, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and perfect after a day's skiing."
