"Massimo’s house is in an outstanding location, very quiet, away from tourists and yet right near everything you want to see in Venice. We had a wonderful stay there as a family. The house is very beautiful and has a few outdoor seating areas to relax with a cup or coffee or a glass of wine. Massimo is very helpful and responsive. He gave us recommendations for water taxi, restaurants and tour guide. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily come back again. Grazie mille Massimo!!"

"We were two couples and we found the apartment perfect for our three day stay. It’s spotlessly clean, well equipped and has restaurants, shopping and grocery stores all nearby. You will not find a host as dedicated as Alessandro. He met us at the vaporetto stop, got us settled and spent quite some time giving us advice and tips on how to have an amazing Venice experience. You will not be disappointed - we found it to be a true gem."

"Our group of 2 couples spent 5 days at Irene’s apartment. We found it to be very clean, nicely updated, with very comfortable beds. The location was excellent for us. Walking distance from the train station, just steps to the vaporetto stop, and in the midst of many excellent cafes and trattorias. This was an excellent area for starting and ending our days. Much calmer than the busier areas, and less crowded. We wouldn’t hesitate to rebook a stay at this lovely apartment, and highly recommend it...

"The property was spotless, beautifully furnished and in a great location near excellent restaurants and just a walk away from touristy areas, but in a quiet, tucked away street where the noise of the streets was barely audible. The owners were very nice and super accommodating. We arrived before the 4pm check-in time and we were able to access the property that early afternoon already cleaned and ready for us despite the fact that there were still guests in the apartment that same morning. "Property was as described,-lovely with plenty of space and everything you needed and exceptionally clean. Paride was very happy to help and accommodate any requests. Thoughtful food items left in the cupboards as well as a delicious tiramasu which didn't last long! Trains into venice pretty much ran on time which was great. "This apartment was amazing! Very clean and roomy and everything worked perfectly. Only a short walk from a ferry stop, so super convenient to get in and out of the train station or airport. We were given an address and people could not help us. We were later told we missed our meeting time in front of the theatre. It was not clear to us we were to meet in front of a theatre."

"An absolutely delightful house, spacious, comfortable and stylish with great outdoor space in a charming, authentic area, just a few steps from a busy, working canal that's constantly fascinating. It's away from the crowds and madness of parts of the city but just a few minutes walk from excellent restaurants and shops and with three vaporetto stops really close by including the one from the airport. Rita is a star host, unfailingly helpful and accessible at all times. Do ask for her...

"We had a wonderful stay in Venice at this apartment. Our host, Massimo, really enhanced it with a boat tour in the evening as he described the ins and outs of his city. (Next time we come we will remember to bring our mosquito repellant, though!)"
