「駅から徒歩圏内（約１０分弱）にあるリゾート感溢れるホテルでした。ホテルのフロントの方も非常に親切で、部屋まで案内をして頂きました。ホテルそのものは、年代を感じましたが、その雰囲気が非常にレトロでどこか懐かしい気持ちになりました。ホテルの玄関は、通りに面しておりますが、エントランスからはレストランを通して海を望むことが出来ます。周辺にあるホテルもリゾート感に溢れており、正直仕事で来るところでは無いな～！と思いました。夜、外に出掛けると、何人もの人たちが海辺の散策をしており、夏にはもっと賑わっていたんだろうな？と考えてしまいました。 朝ご飯は、卵料理を注文するスタイルで、非常にボリュームがありました。又、とてもおいしく頂きました。レストランのスタッフも気さくな感じで、明るく話しかけてくれて、とても気持ちが良かったです。非常に行き届いたサービスが出来ていると感じました。 但し、木造で年代が建っているので、歩くたびに床がきしむ音がしますので、気になる方には気持ちよく泊まることは出来ないかも知れません。 夏の暑い日に、浜辺でゆっくり出来る時に、もう一度訪れたいと思いました。」

「Fantastic location. Really nicely decorated and has everything you needed. Comfortable bed, lush shower. Host was great, really accommodating, had thought of everything. So easy to get to bars,restaurants, shopping, train station etc, would highly recommend to anyone. We booked the smallest room,and it was perfectly fine as a place to sleep and shower. Excellent stay.」

「Room was cleaned to a high standard throughout our stay. my only drip is I was unable to reach the washbasins ( I am confined to a wheelchair) and could not get close enough either basin. Staff were always cheerful and very helpful. breakfast was plentiful and reasonably hot. we were able to watch the rabbits feeding.」

「Winterstoke is a HUGE house with 4 massive double bedrooms and a large twin room. This does not feel like a holiday rental, it feels like a home. I have never stayed in a property that is so well appointed, every detail is covered. The quality of the house is really fantastic and incredibly comfortable. The back garden is lovely with a great area for entertaining, unfortunately it was freezing so we could not make use of it. We had a baby with us and the owner (sheila) had EVERYTHING...

「The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with a cooked breakfast as well as a selection of cereals. Shenandoah House about 5 minutes walk from the beach and is close to local shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also within walking distance to the Turner Gallery and Dreamland. Our stay was very pleasant and I would definitely return. Shenandoah House is 」
