"It was a large well presented building. The staff were friendly and attentive. We had 2 suites which were very spacious and comfortable. It was quiet. We enjoyed the bar snacks, which offered a good size portion. The breakfast was a good choice and very nice. It was help yourself, but there were also specials to order. There was plenty of parking on site. It was convenient location close to the town centre and the beach, plus the loop bus stop was right outside. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and if we visited Broadstairs again, this would be our first choice."

"my husband and i stayed here as we were getting married in the area. we stayed in the sea view room and it was absolutely marvelous! everything was clean and the staff were all so wonderful and helpful (we got lost when finding parking but someone came out and showed us! it was dark so we couldn’t see). their spa package was also wonderful and relaxing. would happily stay again!"
