「Excellent location with close and handicap accessible location in terms of getting to the beach. Would have like a baby gate on site to make life a little easier with little ones and those steps. We loved the screened I. Porch out backs. Furniture was very comfy!」

「Very nice quiet property that is excellent in every detail inside and out: beautiful pool, patios, and lawns, as well as accessibility to beach, shops and restaurants. There is a door at the top of the stairs that provides safety for toddlers as well as privacy between the floors. Beach chairs, wagon and toys made it easy to pack up for time at the beach. Thanks for Emmett’s quick response to any questions or needs. 」

「This house worked very well for our multigenerational family gathering. The oldest kids/young adult were on the 4th level (which was a little warm but ok), grandparents on main level, and everyone else on the 2nd floor one up from pool. The kids used the pool every day and loved the game room - nice to have the extra space to spread out. The kitchen worked fine even with so many people. Nobody wanted to get in the elevator but it worked fine. We all got a lot of steps in with the vertical living...

The house is cute and clean, the kitchen has everything you need and the linens and bath towels felt like we were staying in a nice hotel. The pool is great and the location is also great, the beach and shops were an easy walk. 」
