Extras like upon arrival bottles water, a full kitchen, keurig and a coffee pot, comfortable furniture & beds, and board games in the closet. The yard has a grill, firepit, outdoor seating, is fenced and has a shed with outdoor gear not commonly found for your use, e.g., nice beach chairs and bikes. Easy access to all the many beaches...

「What a wonderful home. It was a challenging trip traveling with seniors needing some accessibility components and this home worked for us! It is exactly as described! The host are available and very communicative. Town is a golf cart ride away, restaurants Publix shops very close. The golf cart was so nice to drive around the neighborhood seeing the lovely area gardens and waterfront. Defiantly would stay again (next time I promise to check emails before checkout :/ )」
