- Tucked into the quiet north end of Isle of Palms, 3602 Cameron is the kind of beach house that makes you slow down the second you walk in. The ocean is essentially across the street — Beach Access 34A sits just steps from the front door, so morning walks and post-sunset strolls require almost no planning at all.
Out back, the private pool anchors a layered outdoor setup built for long, lazy days. Lounge poolside on the fenced grass yard, fire up the grill, or rinse off under the outdoor shower after a beach run. Upstairs, the screened porch keeps things breezy and bug-free, with ceiling fans, comfortable lounge seating, and wide doors that fold open to the living area. Overhead heaters extend the space into cooler months. By evening, the rooftop terrace is where the group lands — a generous dining table set against treetop views with the Atlantic shimmering in the distance, ideal for sunset cocktails or a slow dinner outdoors.
Inside, the home reads bright and breezy without feeling oversized. The main living space spills out to the shaded balcony, while the kitchen pulls its weight with a gas range, barstool seating, and two wine fridges — one at the kitchen, another nearby — that make hosting feel effortless. Five bedrooms give everyone room to retreat. The primary suite features a king, ensuite bath, and TV. Two more queen bedrooms open onto private balconies, one with its own ensuite. A fourth bedroom pairs a queen with two twins and an ensuite — a playful, kid-friendly setup that doubles as flex space for a larger group — and the fifth offers another queen with balcony access. In-unit laundry and ample parking round out the practical side.

- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- The pool cannot be heated.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
