From the moment you walk through the front door, you are greeted by spectacular views of the ocean and beach. The main living area features an open-concept design with a spacious combination living room, dining room, and kitchen — all perfectly positioned to take advantage of the incredible oceanfront scenery. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with a Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, and a large granite breakfast bar ideal for gathering with family and friends.

The second floor includes one guest bedroom and a full bathroom. On the third floor, the oceanfront primary suite offers a relaxing sitting area and incredible views, along with an ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Two additional bedrooms are also located on this floor and share a centrally located bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The top floor is designed for entertainment and relaxation, featuring a large game room complete with a pool table, wet bar, and large flat-screen TV. The game room opens onto another oceanfront sundeck where you can enjoy sweeping beach views and coastal breezes. This floor also includes an additional bedroom with a full bathroom. For extra sleeping accommodations, a queen air mattress is available in the game room closet.

Please note that cell phone service can be limited in some areas of Wild Dunes. Also, while the home is equipped with an elevator, it is not available for guest use.

· Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rental companies.
· Gas grill: Propane tanks can be exchanged at our office during office hours.
· Motor homes, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorcycles are not allowed within the gates of Wild Dunes.
· Please no pets or smoking or fireplace use
· Elevator is not available. There are no exceptions.

**** RENOURSHMENT PROJECT: We wanted to let you know that the City will be performing a beach renourishment project in order to enhance and preserve our beautiful shoreline. While the work involves moving sand to widen the beach, it will primarily take place around low tide hours and should have minimal impact on your enjoyment. You may notice some equipment and hear occasional beeping from trucks during the day, but beach access will remain open and safe throughout the project. We appreciate your understanding and are confident you’ll still have a relaxing and memorable stay by the ocean!
