The morning sunrise view was gorgeous. The property is exactly as described. The communication with host was excellent. We will definitely look into renting this condo again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in Wild Dunes Resort which was a plus. We also liked that the place had easy access to the beach which was beautiful. The property manager Alex was very professional & he got back to us right away w/any questions we had.

Excellent property at a great location

Although we were there while construction was happening on building one, the location was great and very convenient to the beach.While some people might be frustrated with construction noise, we knew it was there and enjoyed watching the progress. The unit we stayed in was well equipped, and very clean. The stretch of beach gets pretty narrow at high tide at Summer House. It was fun to sit in our beach chairs as the waves came to our feet and we could look for shells while we sat in our chairs lol.

Easter Beach Trip

The condominium is as advertised easy walk to the pool and beach. Condo is clean and comfortable. Great location. The pool is clean and seating ample. FYI the pool is not heated but still refreshing in mid April. Easy check in/out process. We are already planning another visit. Loved our stay.

Perfect week

The condo was impeccably clean. We had everything we needed for the week. Only have two suggestions - a full-length mirror somewhere to see yourself completely before leaving and brighter lights in the bedrooms.

Perfect spot for family vacation!

We have stayed in downtown IOP before, but this was our first time staying in Wild Dunes and we loved it. The unit was spotless and comfortable and just right for our family of four. Steps to the beach and the pool, great views from our balcony, an easy and scenic drive to downtown IOP and downtown Charleston both. We had a great time, loved this unit, and hope to stay again!

Great Vacation

This property was perfect for our family to stay. Close to the beach and pool, great view, able to get out and enjoy a refreshing walk every morning, close to wonderful restaurants, and VERY clean!

Mother Daughter Trip

Spent four days here with my daughter after moving her out of her dorm from the College of Charleston. Everything about our stay was perfect. Hoping we can stay here again

Excellent week long stay

My wife, son (2), and I just returned after a week long stay. We had a blast and this condo had a lot to do with it. Very clean and nicely updated on the inside. Unusually comfortable master bedroom bed (my wife commented how comfortable the bed was almost every time she got in it). 30 yards from a nice and not super busy shared condo pool. 200 yards from the beach which you can see from the condo balcony. Host was super responsive. The only thing to consider is that you’re about 35-50 minutes from downtown and North Charleston depending on traffic so it’s not the best location if you’re wanting to pop in and out of Charleston frequently. Wasn’t an issue for us but just a heads up. Loved our stay and already talking about a return trip.

Summer House 204

We truly enjoyed our stay at Summer House 204. There was plenty of room for the six of us. Plenty of seating in the living room and dining area. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were immaculate. Gorgeous view of the ocean and property! **Only two suggestions for future thought: overhead lighting and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. At night, the bedrooms got warm. The lighting from the lamps just isn’t enough.**

Loved our stay!
