パームズ島のアパート

「The place was perfect for what I needed. Close to the beach for morning dog walks and afternoon sunshine. Also close to downtown for good food and drinks. Teresa is very quick to respond and super friendly! The place itself is great and exactly as described-Charming studio is exactly what it is- it’s small, but again, EXACTLY as pictured and described.」

「Pros: really close to King Street, comfy bed, cute home with enough room for 2 and hot water.Cons: lock on doors weren’t great, not enough parking due to construction, not great water pressure in the shower, homeless guy on the front steps, he didn’t bother us but a little unsettling, you can hear everything all night long.」

「Great location. Close (within 10 to 15 minutes) to downtown, Johns Island and Folly Beach. Host very responsive.」

「Convenient location, clean and neat.」

「Beautiful place and location, will definitely be our first choice when we go back」

「Amazing location and excellent host communication any time we had a question.」

「We had a great stay in Charleston. Only minor drawback was the shower water temperature kept fluctuating. It was a great location and the room was spacious and very clean.」

「Its fine if you dont want to really stay in the house much and dont mind eating out for almost every meal as the kitchen is quite small with nearly zero pantry space. The pantry that is there is storing paint ant im not one to keep my food that close to xylene, dospersants and other paint compounds. One does t typically store their food next to paint thinner either. Theres very little room for clothing other than your suitcase as well. It is a fine location, particularly for night life but...

「I would highly recommend this host and location if you are considering a trip to Charleston. The host was super accommodating easy to work with and the space was perfect for my friend and I on our girls trip very centrally located and easy to get to everything. Demetrius was very responsive and even worked with us on our departure time due to late flights. Easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had at a vacation rental.」

「This property was exactly as listed and absolutely perfect for our stay in downtown Charleston. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone for whom it looks like a good fit.」

「The room was awesome! It had everything we needed and then some! No complaints whatsoever! The bed was comfort, I slept very well every night! The kitchen was furnished with coffee, salt & pepper, bottled water, etc.. we had everything we needed! The host was very personable and answered our texts quickly. We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms were spotless! Thank you! Gwen」
